With reference to your application and subsequent interview with us, we have great pleasure in

Position:
You are offered a fulltime employment in the position of Business Analyst.
Salary & Benefits:
Your salary and benefits shall be as per the Annexure A, which forms apart of this employment
letter.
Location of Work:
Your start work location will be Bangalore, however your services are transferable to any place
in the country or outside the country, within the company or any of its associates, affiliates,
subsidiaries, sister concerns at anyplace (in India or abroad) whether existing today or which
may come up in the future at any time, based on the business needs and or at the sole discretion
of the company. When transferred, your employment will be governed by rules, regulations and
conditions of service at that location.
Terms of Employment:
Your employment with the company is governed by the terms and conditions as per
Appointment Letter, employment agreement together with its schedules which forms a part of
this employment offer.
Employment Eligibility:
This offer is subject your legal eligibility to be employed in the country where you are offered
employment. You are required to produce documents verifying your eligibility to be employed.
Joining Documents:
Prior to joining or at the time of joining, you are required to present the set of documents per the
Annexure B.

Background Verification:
Employment with the company is subject to successful completion of background verification
prior to joining. Company may also require drug testing be done either prior or during the course
of employment.
Effective date:
Your offer of employment is effective on or before April 03, 2023.
Validity for Acceptance:
This offer will remain open for your acceptance for a period of 3 business days from the date of
this offer. Also, you need to report to work on the above said date.
Acceptance of Offer:
Please review and sign a copy of the offer along with its Annexures as a token of your acceptance
within the above validity period and send it to us. Upon expiry of the said validity period, the
offer shall stand terminated / withdrawn automatically.

Medical Bills for self and dependent will be exempted from Tax upon production of actual
bills.

All applicable taxes will be deducted at source on Gross Salary according to the Indian
Taxation rules and regulations.

You will be required to produce the following documents at the time of joining the Company:
1. Relieving letters of the Current / Previous Employers.
2. Experience Certificate from your Current / Previous Employers.
3. Proof of last salary drawn (3 months recent payslips & Appointment letter with details of salary).
4. Proof of Age and Educational Qualifications.
5. Recent color photographs (Passport Size)
6. Proof of Address.

Visa (If possess)
PAN Card copy
PF and UAN Number of previous Employment
Form 16
Address proof for permanent and present residence.
Originals of the above (to be returned to you instantly post verification)
Please note that any distortion of facts in any of the above documents shall lead to revoking of the offer
letter and letter of employment letter and thereby termination of employment.
