It is argued that the way to broaden our knowledge is not only in school but also
outside the classroom. To my point of view, I completely agree with this school of
thought due to several reasons.
To commence with,developing our knowledge in school is essential.This is
because material lectures which is taught by teachers contain lots of information
about the world and society. When we grasp them , that can be also the way to gain
knowledge. Besides, classmates can also help us to broaden our horizons. For
example, in science class, discussing about the impacts of trees to our lives foster
us about the nature.
On the other hands, knowledge which is provided in school is not enough because
knowledge is unlimited.We can access to more information from outside school
such as reading.When reading a book about the growth of animals , we may
understand more about animals. Or when we observe the actual things or situation,
we can understand it more easily than just hear through the teachers or friends.
In conclusion, I hold a conviction that acquiring knowledge both from school by
understanding the lessons or dicussing with friends and from outside like reading,
observing give us more information and broaden knowledge.
