The main body of the magnetic separator mainly includes: (1) frame (2)
magnetic drum (3) mining tank (4) spray pipe (5) transmission device (6)

The drum power supply is a separate silicon bridge rectifier power supply, and
its output is adjusted through the regulator handle.
2. Magnetic drum: It is equipped with four excitation coils and magnetic cores,
and an additional magnetic pole without excitation coil is installed on the
discharge side to facilitate the discharge. These five magnetic poles are
fan-shaped and fixed on the mandrel. The cylinder is made of non-magnetic
material aluminum and stainless steel. The fan-shaped coils are connected to
cause the alternating magnetic field polarity on the palm of each magnetic pole.
The mineral particles will flip up to 180 each time they pass through a magnetic
pole. Under the action of magnetic stirring, the quality of magnetic products
can be improved. At one end of the mandrel, there is a square outstretching
structure, which can be used to make the magnetic poles in the drum rotate

4. Ore tank: It is welded from aluminum and stainless steel plates and fixed on
the frame with screws; there is an overflow port to maintain the liquid level on
the feeding side of the ore tank, and a connection is provided at the lower part
of the concentrate discharge tank. Concentrate mouth for ore access.
5. Water spray pipe: a copper pipe with holes installed on the frame,
connected with the indoor water source, used for washing the concentrate on
the magnetic drum; the spray angle can be adjusted by rotating the water
spray pipe.
6. Feeding box: The box body is welded by stainless steel plates, and its
function is to ensure the uniformity of feeding.
After the machine is unpacked, it can be placed on the flat ground in a general
workshop or laboratory, and the packaging grease should be cleaned first, and
the fasteners and electrical components welded in the transportation should be
checked for looseness and fall. After considering the inspection and

three-phase four-wire power supply, test drive, make the magnetic cylinder

two of them.
(2) use
1. Turn on the power and turn on the power switch. At this time, there is
excitation current output and the power indicator light is on.
2. Turn on the operating switch and the drum will rotate in the normal direction.
3. Rotate and adjust the position of the magnetic pole to make the fan-shaped
magnetic pole set to the desired position, and adjust the voltage regulator
handle to make the output DC current at the desired value. (The limit value is
3.5A)
4. Feed the mine and turn on the spray pipe at the same time. (Water pressure
<0.1Mpa).
5. After feeding the ore, set the operation knob switch to the "off" position to
stop the rotating drum, close the recoil water pipe and spray pipe, and then
drain the tailings.
8. Rinse the tailing tank again and combine these two products into
concentrate products.
(3) Maintenance:
1. Before use, carefully check the rotating parts of the equipment, electrical
components, etc., and make sure that the equipment is in a normal state
before use.
2. The continuous working time of this equipment should not exceed 3 hours.
4. During the use of the equipment, if the fuse is blown, it must be checked for
short circuit before replacing it; it is strictly forbidden to use unqualified fuse or
use copper wire to connect directly.
