CONTRACT OF LEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This CONTRACT OF LEASE, made and entered into this 1 0 t h d a y of December 2024 at the
City of Baguio, by and between: PLACIDO, CARL BENJMIN NAVARRA, with postal address at
Pias, Camp 7, Baguio City, 2600, Benguet, legal age, Filipino citizen, hereafter referred to as
the LESSOR:

JA AKILITH & SONS CONSTRUCTION, with postal address at Kereng, Tinongdan,
Itogon, Benguet represented by JASPER D. AKILITH, General Manager, and
hereinafter referred to as the LESSEE:
WITNESSETH: That
WHEREAS, the LESSOR is the owner of that certain equipment hereinafter more particularly
described and specified are available for rent under certain conditions;
WHEREAS, the LESSEE a duly qualified party, distress of basing equipment on a fully operational
basis;
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, ad of te mutual
covenants and stipulation, hereafter set forth, the lessor by this present, lease unto the lessee the
following equipment, hereunder specified , to wit:

25PD0094) Basic Infrastructure Program (BIP) - Construction of Road, Barangay Brooks point and
Lower Bengao, Barangay Bakakeng Central, Baguio CIty
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this day of ,
