All the needed documents will be supervised and to be submit to Yasrifah
- Athlete’s form next week deadline
- Parental Consent (Deadline TBA)
Merry-Ann Angel Bontia - Attendance & Monitoring During Practices
- There will be consequence for those who will be late and absent
- If you cannot attend send the excuse letter or inform Merry-Ann Bontia, which
will be check by Ma’am Sigrid if it is excusable
Auvrey Gel Patindol - Costume & Props Payment
- Auvrey and Peter will prepare the liquidation
James Malonggayon and Princess Faye Bayron - Choreographers
- The choreographers should be present during the practice of the chant

- Practice will begin next week, Monday
Head composer and instrumentalist will lead the chant
- dipa confirm if magtapal apil ang props team, but it is encourage na mag tapal to
lessen the expenses.

COMMITTEE HEADS ASSIGNMENT
COLLECTION OF ATHLETE'S FORM AND PARENTAL CONSENT
• Headed by Yasrifah Dimaampao
- submission of athlete's form will be next week (athlete form is still yet to be sent because Sir
Dwen is still finalizing it)
MONITORING OF THE ATTENDANCE
• Headed by Merry-Angel Bontia
- attendance will be monitored during meetings and practices
- if you cannot attend send the excuse letter or inform Merry-Ann Bontia, which will be check by
Ma’am Kate or Sir Dwen if it is excusable
- if you will be late inform Merry-Ann of your reason
COLLECTION OF COSTUMES & PROPS PAYMENT
• Headed by Auvrey Patindol
- liquidation (auvrey and the props team)
- if liquidation is too difficult, they are allowed to take volunteers
CHOREOGRAPHY
• James Malonggayon & Princess Faye Bayron
- in charge of making the choreography and ensuring that the choreography aligns with the
chant
COSTUME AND PROPS DESIGN
• Peter John Mallari(team leader) Mary Jacqueline Alilin, Vince Daday, Kenn Bangogon
- in charge of props making, designing, canvassing, and liquidation
HEAD COMPOSERS
• headed by the leaders of the 3 groups along with the teachers
- will create the final chant
- choreography and head composers should work together
INSTRUMENTALISTS:
• headed by Zephanuel Macaldo
- 4 confirmed instrumentalists with no exact assigned instruments yet
CONDUCTOR:
• Dashiel Fermin
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- Practice will start next week (Thursday, October 10) at sports center from 5PM until 8PM
(8PM max)
- Being late to practices will have consequences (to be informed pag practice na)
- It is unconfirmed yet if the props team will be included sa amota for the bench cheering
(tentative yet)
- Excuse letters are REQUIRED for absences
- Expect Sunday rehearsals
- Inform parents of payables
- Props team attendance will also be monitored

October 7 & 8:
• CANVASSING OF MATERIALS FOR COSTUMES AND PROPS (right after exams)
- all head committees will be helping
- headed by Auvrey (in charge of assigning which shop to go to)
• FINAL CHANT MAKING
- Will start at 5PM with head composers & instrumentalists
- no practice!!
October 9, 2024:
• PRESENTATION OF FINANCIAL REPORT (via online meeting from 6:45-8PM)
- if the financial report is approved, collection of payment will be done right away
• FINAL CHANT MAKING
- 5PM with head composers & instrumentalists
- no practice yet!!
October 10-12, 2024:
• VOCAL PRACTICE
- entire day on Saturday
October 14-19, 2024:
• CHOREOGRAPHY PRACTICE
- entire day on Saturday
October 21-24, 2024:
• RIGID FINAL PRACTICE
