EMPLOYMENT SCAN
Project: Cargill
ROLE: Principal Consultant /Scrum master
- Developed Contract Application WorkCentre screen from scratch using ALV / Module
pool and the corresponding logic behind this functionality. This work center is responsi -
ble for creation of Appdoc. The application document is an intermediate SAP document
that will be created after post good receipt/post goods issue) to facilitate contract ap -
plication and settlement process.
- Enhanced the SAP Standard GTM module to include custom develop requirements
using Enhancement / Badi

- Set up mobile devices, define data distribution rules, monitor the processing within the
DOE, and handle errors wherever required.

- Developed screen using Web Dynpro and worked on Integration of BOPF with FPM.
- Enhanced the SRM Screen by adding a new Tab and subsequently created a new sub-
screen as required by customer with custom developed functionality. Event handling
on clicking of different button and as well as data upload into the SRM system was de-
veloped as the part of this functionality.
- Created subscreen for Well completion dated and developed the corresponding logic
behind it
- Developed Data uploading program for uploading historical PRA related data for BHP
Billiton
b) Job can be completed and closed through the custom screen, job status was
changed and related tables were updated.
c) On completation of a job, gif pics (based on the radio-buttons clicked) are uploaded
from the DMS to the notification header.
Enhancement
Screen exit was developed for procurement process of Purchase Order. A subscreen
was added to PO header as well as item level which would be reflected in T.code
ME21N, ME22N, ME23N, and ME29N. These fields need to be appended to the standard
SAP tables, appear in the Purchase Order transactions, be subject to standard field sta -
tus controls, and have suitable check tables and search helps.
These fields are used to provide additional information to suppliers, approvers and
buyers. They cover COSHH, QA Levels, Order Reasons, Internal business partners and
designated approver.
Screen exit was developed for procurement process of RFQ (Request for quotation).A
subscreen was added to RFQ item as well as header level which would be reflected in
RFQ transactions ME41, ME42, ME43, and ME45. These must also be available in the
Quotation screens ME47 and ME48. These fields need to be appended to the standard
SAP tables, appear in the Request for quotation transactions, be subject to standard
field status controls, and have suitable check tables and search helps.
Sap script
A purchase Request for Quotation form was developed. The request enables the gener-
ation of RFQ in PDF format so that it can be used for printing, emailing or storing or to
process the message directly from SAP by printing the form to a chosen printer.
The output message for the Request for Quotation form was processed via the
stand Standard SAP transaction ME9A.
A new output message type was created for the application EA Purchasing RFQ
as a copy of the standard output message NEU.
Interface
The scope of this development was for interfacing of SAP ECC 6.0 to the existing Pass -
port Maintenance Management System for the creation and changing of vendor master
data. The requirement was to generate files from SAP that replicate the data content
and formatting used in the current interface files sent to Passport. This files runs daily
and data is transferred for any change in existing vendor or creation of new vendor.
Reports
- Developed a report which is used for Auto clearing of invoice in the HELD queue when
the GRN is entered using BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_POST .This program was executed in
batch process and the error log was sent to the spool.
- Developed a data uploading program which would upload tax data from the flat file
into a custom table using custom transaction.

User exit/Enhancement
- Using implicit enhancement point given in program RM06BB30 (T. code ME59N), imple-
mented custom logic for automatic conversion of a PR into PO for Material / Free text /
Services.
Interface
- Developing a interface which would pass from Target to SAP, on a daily basis, details of
customer billing transactions to be applied to the General Ledger. The interface will
take the physical form of a flat file, created by an existing Target batch application.

Module Pool
- Developing 3 custom transaction (Create/Change/Display) which would display tab con-
trol screen where the user can enter tax related data (Based on combination of Project
definition and WBS element) and on saving will be stored in custom table.
- Developed a custom screen for traffic management assessment. This assessment step
was to ensure the correct Traffic Management details are added to the job in order for the
Operation to be performed within the public highway. This assessment was triggered by
the completion of adobe forms (for repair work request at client location).Following func -
tionality was covered in this development
a) Task list was copied in the order based on action on custom screen.
b) Activity start date/end date was updated in the notification based on action on cus-
tom screen.
d) Job can be completed and closed through the custom screen, job status was changed
and related tables were updated.

1. Modification of Purchase Order Report which displays the Vendor no with Vendor name, Pur-
chase Org, Item no, Material no, Material Description, Plant no, Plant Name, Storage Location
with its description based on Purchase Doc date, Purchase Doc category and Purchase Doc
type. On clicking on Vendor no it will display details of Vendor

2. Created a Classical Report to display the Shipping Doc No, Delivery Date, Shipping Date,
Time, Type, Quantity Delivered, Item, Material Number, Customer No and Name based on the
shipping point and Load date.
TABLES USED: LIKP, LIPS, MAKT, KNA1.
3. Created a Customer wise Sales Order Information Report, which displays Customer Number
and, Customer Details, based on Sales Area. Clicking on Customer No on the basic list displays
the Detailed List of Sales Information like Sales Document No, Sales Doc date, Type, Net Value,
Order Quantity in Sales.
TABLES USED: KNA1, VBEP, VBUK, VBAK.
4. Created a Classical report to display Sales Order line Item, Material no, Material description,
Net value based on Sales Organization, Sales Division and Distribution channel.
TABLES USED: VBAK, VBAP, MAKT.
