O During their six month of internship, all students roster will be shared
with Nursing Supdt , and their postings will be done as per the rotation
plan for a month duration.

Nurses
O The preceptorship programme intends to provide newly
employed nurses with a supportive one to one teaching and
learning relationship through access to an experienced and
competent role model.
O This support helps newly employed nurses easily adapt to a new
working environment. In this programme, the newly employed
staff is known as the preceptee and the one providing support is
the preceptor.
