Payment will be made in due course and incomplete submission with respect to ICAI norms may lead to
cancellation / Reduction in claim.
Reimbursement of Expenses incurred by the contestants for
participating in Regional Level:
All participants at the Regional Level will be reimbursed to and fro 2 Tier AC
railway fare by the shortest route (including service tax paid) or airfare by
any airline, whichever is less. There would be no restriction for actual travel
by Rajdhani and Shatabadi trains.
They would also be paid an allowance @ Rs. 2,500/- per day for boarding,
lodging, and conveyance, up to a maximum of five days to meet the daily
and incidental expenses subject to an actual number of days spent from the
commencement of the journey till the end of the journey, including travel
time.
(* Five days maximum will be applicable depending on the distance
and time required for travelling i.e. students need to reach a day
prior to the event and leave the next day accordingly the total no.
of days can be calculated based on travelling time.)
Accommodation:
Students have to make their own arrangements for their stay at the place of
the Contest. Wherever possible, the Regional Office may also give options to
the participants from which they can choose from.
