General Finish Notes

be notified of any discrepancies or omissions prior to proceeding with
work.
3. General Contractor shall be solely responsible for accuracy of take-offs
and amount of finish materials ordered. No requests for additional time or
costs shall be accepted due to material shortages or take-off errors by
General Contractor.
4. All public corridor finishes impacted by this work shall be patched,
repaired and re-finished to make as new.
5. All wall finishes shall have a VOC limit of 150g/L.
6. All wall surfaces shall be painted corner to corner where new work

7. Paint for walls shall be provided as a (3) coat eggshell (or satin) latex

General Furniture Notes
