 We are currently applying for B2 Visa (Visitors/Tourism Visa)

3. Do you know the difference between B1 Visa and B2 Visa?

 B1 Visa is issued for Business purposes & B2 Visa is issued for Tourism to the US

4. What is the purpose of your visit?

 We are planning to travel to visit our children

5. Do you plan to settle down there or come back?

 We wish to come back as we have our other children/own homes/rest of our relatives
and also few properties in India.
 Also, since we have lived our whole life in India, we wish to spend our retirement life in
India itself
 Uncle can say – He also has consulting work to take care of.

6. How many children do you have living in the US?

 Only 1

7. When do you plan to travel and how long would you be staying in the US?

 We are planning to travel sometime mid of this year


 Most likely around 1- 2 months
8. When do you plan to return back to India?

 Most likely within 2 months of your travel

9. What are the reasons for wanting to return back to your home country after your visit?

 We wish to come back as we have our other children/own homes/rest of our relatives
and also few properties in India.
 Also, since we have lived our whole life in India, we wish to spend our retirement life in
India itself

10. Who all will be travelling?

 Most likely the 4 of us together.


 Otherwise, just the couples depending on our availability.

11. Will you work in the US or planning to set up a Business?

 No, not at all. We would like to spend some quality time with our children and probably
visit a couple of places within in the US (Like New York, may be a couple of National
Parks)

12. Who is going to take care of your expenses while in the US/Who is sponsoring for your trip?

 Our children will be taking care of the expenses. However, we are financially well settled
to take care of the expenses ourselves as well.

13. What is your estimated cost of your trip?

 We estimated about close to $9000 per couple (Around INR 750000)

 We will be living at our son/daughter’s place in Spring Hill, Tennessee

employ foreign workers temporarily in the US in speciality occupation.
