Step 1 – Salesperson
to select the CDF
mode (Digital /
Manual)
Step 2 –

On selecting the
Digital CDF
Confirmation
screen will be auto
populated to trigger
OTP Yes / No.

If ‘YES’ is selected,
then OTP will be
triggered to
sourcing
Agent/FLS/LPO
number

If ‘NO’ selected the


system will allow
user to move
forward as per
existing process and
salesperson has to
upload manual CDF
Step 3 –

Salesperson to enter the


OTP received on his/ her
number updated in RNLIC
records
Step 4 → On Entering the correct OTP
salesperson will receive a po-up message
stating “OTP Verified”
Step 5 – On sync of the proposal
form SMS containing CDF digital
form will get triggered to Step 7 – Customer to click on
Customer Mobile ‘Generate OTP’ and enter
Customer to click on bitly link to Step 6 – Click here to OTP and click on ‘ Agree’ to
open the digital CDF form proceed with Digital CDF & complete the process
Selfie PIVC.
OTP received
by Customer.

Step 7 – Enter OTP and


complete the Digital CDF

Step 8 – Click on ‘Agree’ to


complete the process
