Well Testing Crew to line up valves and verify according to the

When manipulating valves, pressure has to be monitored in the
manifold gauge by operator. All equipment and lines pressure
tested as per program prior starting operation.
All tank hatches to be CLOSED and SEALED.

Monitor carry-under at Well Testing Separator to avoid extra gas

Hydrostatic Test perfumed to the tanks in the Base to be
conducted, validated and certified prior to be sent to the job.
Monitor Wind direction at all times prior and during the job
execution, use SWA to shut the well immediately if needed.
Multi-gas detectors installed and interconnected for visual and
sound alann purposes (Rig rat) as per Well Testing Layout
All tanks vent line to be equipped with independent flame
arrestor as per Well Testing Layout.
In case of low wind speed observed (weather condition) consider
explosion proof fans to be located beside the Gauge measuring
tank pointing to the vent line direction or shut in the well.
Fire extinguishers in place and checked prior the flow.
11. Crude Oil Pumping Operation. Human error. STOP WORK AUTHORITY. Spill Kit available on site. Qualified,
Overpressure lines. pump operator.
Miscommunication with DGS. Supervisor to be presented at all the time during the pumping to
