1. Specifications
1.1 Overview
Single Patient Dialysis System“TR-3000 MIRAI” is the dialysis type artificial
kidney unit to be used to eliminate harmful substance from blood with the dialyzer.
The system is equipped with the capabilities of mixing rich flowing liquid with
clean water to prepare dialysate of predetermined composition, control of its
conductivity, as well as heating the dialysate to temperatures close to a patient’s
temperatures, control of its temperatures, control of dialysate flow flowing into a
dialysis unit, and monitoring internal pressure of the blood circuit, dialysate circuit
internal pressure, etc.
In addition, a user can selectively use the following two treatments, depending on
a patient’s constitution and conditions: acetate dialysis and bicarbonate dialysis.
Through chamber method, this system is capable of automatically controlling UF
amount from a patient in accurate and easy manner, by creating a sealed circuit with no
inlet/outlet other than a membrane on the dialyzer, without lowering dialysis efficiency.
