- Peudo : wound infection as rupture , laceration (clean :topical,, bacteria : systemic
),avulsion (systemic with local doxycycline ), odontogenic bacteria ( cellulitis ,
lymphadenopathy , breathing m fever , periodontitis (aggressive or manifest as
systemic , nup , saliary gland infection ), non odontogenic ( syphis , tuberculosis)
