Responsibilities
Job Title: B.Tech AI Computer Science

Job Description: As a B.Tech AI Computer Science Trainee, you will be part of a dynamic team
working on cutting-edge AI and machine learning projects under Power Utilities BU. This role is
designed to provide hands-on experience and develop your skills in AI, data science, and software
development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Preprocessing: Gather, clean, and preprocess data for use in machine
learning models.

• Model Development: Assist in developing, training, and evaluating machine learning models.

• Programming: Write and maintain code in languages such as Python, R, or Java.

• Algorithm Implementation: Implement algorithms and techniques for data analysis and
machine learning.

• Research: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine
learning.

• Documentation: Document processes, models, and code for future reference and
reproducibility.

• Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers, data scientists, and other team members
to achieve project goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a B.Tech in Computer


Science, AI, or a related field.

• Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

• Knowledge of AI/ML: Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures,


and statistical methods.

• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ML Libraries: Familiarity with machine learning libraries such as


TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.

• Project Experience: Previous experience with AI/ML projects, either through coursework or
internships.

• Database Knowledge: Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.


Required Skills & Competencies
- Understand the business process / value chains for Sourcing / Procurement / Supply Chain

- Capability to consult with and advise different persona’s like CPO, Supply Chain Operations,
Warehouse Manager, Distribution Head, Transportation Head etc.

- Gain training in new AI Platforms

- Take up evaluation of platforms to best suit customer needs

- Take up configuration and demos to customer

- Work in a multi-cultural environment with executives of Fortune 1000 organizations

- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

- Excellent documentation skills

- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

- Awareness of Emerging IT Technologies (e.g. Cloud, Cyber security, Automation, IOT)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent presentation skill

- Willing to take up domestic and international travel
