ABOUT THE FIRM
• The Firm is a mid-scale firm with about 30 employees,
out of which around 10 are Senior Architects, who are
part of the firm since day one.
• The firm caters with more Highrise residential projects.
• One of its special project is The Babri Masjid,
Ayodhya.
• The firm also has a very good Clientele .
• They have their projects all over India and majorly in
Maharashtra.
• VISION- Bringing transcendent environments to real
world situation.

• We enter the office from a semi open entrance space , beside
which is the Conference Room and an Assistant Cabin.
The conference room is well equipped technologically and is
large enough to cater 20 people at a time, it also has small
landscape corner.
• As one enters the main office there comes the reception area
along with waiting area.
• The main attraction of the office is Principal Architect’s
Studio as it has a private garden which acts as an indoor
space connects one with the nature constantly.
• The office also has a printing room and a small pantry for
tea/coffee and other snacks.
• Mild color scheme is used for interiors, that brings about a
minimalistic lookout.
The work culture is very authentic and each one of the office
team is very cooperative and helpful. The team is very
dedicated towards there work and work day in and out to get
the work completed without many holidays or breaks.
Present working staff in office: 30 numbers including
architects, draftsmen, liasoning officers and administrators.
LEARNINGS
• Worked on AutoCAD skills, and learnt many new
ways and easy techniques of drafting in AutoCAD.
• Got an understanding of how the actual execution of
any project takes place, the various stages of a
project. Strating from the first meeting with the
client to the Liasoning stage to the execution stage.
• Got a very basic understanding of the UDPCR rules
of construction.
• Understood the meaning of liasoning and the
authority that’s included in it., this firm being focused
on designing they had to cooperate with an liasoning
firm.
• Also, understood how an architectural firm runs,
• For example, what's the role of a Principal architect,
what do the rest of the employees work on, the way a
project is distributed, the team work a a project
requires, etc.
• This particular firm is established now for about 24
years, so they have a specific grid and space
arrangement for residential floor plan.
• Got to hear the importance of floor space index or
FSI, different building technologies such as Mivan,
Steel truss, etc.
• Got Fluent in making a Sections of Highrise
buildings, furniture layout, Working drawing ,
presentation drawing, calculating area,
