Who is Jesus?

Look at this interesting text found in John 1:1, 3 which says, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with
God, and the Word was God… All things were made by him…”

According to this text, the “Word,” who was with God, and who was God, created all things. But who is the “Word”?
The Bible tells us in John 1:14 which says, “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us”.

The only person of

the Godhead that
was made flesh,
was Jesus!
Therefore Jesus is
the “Word”, Jesus
is the Creator!

If there is any doubt, Hebrews 1:1-2 says “God, who at various times and in different manners spoke in time past unto
the fathers by the prophets, Has in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he has appointed heir of all things,
by whom also he made the worlds;”

Also speaking about Jesus, Colossians 1:16 says, “For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in
earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created
by him, and for him:”

Revelation 14:7 encourages us to, “worship him that made

heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of
waters.” In other words, we are to worship Jesus, the
Creator of heaven and earth!

Jesus said in Matthew 28:18-20, “All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all
nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all
things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen

Jesus is God!
Many have asked, Is Jesus God? Has Jesus ever claimed to be God? Is there any proof in the Bible that Jesus is God? I’m
happy to say, YES! Let’s examine 5 of these proofs right now!

1
Proof #1, first and foremost, the highest authority in the universe, God the Father, calls Jesus God! It’s found
in Psalm 45:6 and its also in Hebrews 1:8, which says: “But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for
ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.”

Proof #2, Jesus confirmed that He is God when the

High priest spoke the words found in: Mark 14:61-62
saying, “Art thou the Christ, the Son of the Blessed?
And Jesus said, I am: and ye shall see the Son of man
sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the
clouds of heaven.”

Jesus’ response “I AM” is the same response Moses received at the burning bush when he asked God what His
name was, and Exodus 3:14-15 records God saying, “unto Moses, “I AM THAT I AM” and he said, Thus shalt
thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you. And God said moreover unto Moses, Thus
shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, The LORD God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of
Isaac, and the God of Jacob, hath sent me unto you: this is my name for ever, and this is my memorial unto all
generations.”

This is why the High priest was so angry at Jesus and accused Him of blasphemy, because in responding this
way, Jesus confirmed that He was not only the son of God, but that He is the God of Abraham, Isaac and
Jacob! This may be a new revelation to you, but the Bible clearly reveals Jesus was an active member of the
God head during the events of the Old Testament, leading His people to the Promised Land through Moses.

In fact, under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, the apostle Paul verifies in 1 Corinthians 10:1-11, that Jesus
was in the wilderness with Moses and the Israelites. Be sure to read 1 Corinthians 10:1-11, Paul comes right
out in verse 4 and says that the Spiritual Rock which followed them in the wilderness was Christ! Paul also
tells us in verse 9 that the Israelites in the wilderness tempted Christ, and were destroyed of serpents.

Proof #3, by asking His disciples “Who do men say that I am?” Jesus
affirmed Peter’s Heaven born revelation that Jesus is the Christ in Matthew
16:16-17 saying, “Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. And Jesus
answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and
blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.”

Proof #4, in the book of Luke, Jesus speaking of both, His Divinity and His Humanity, tells us why He came to
this earth. Jesus said in: Luke 19:10 “For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.”
Now let me ask you, who but God could save the lost? The answer is found in Acts 4:12 which says concerning
Jesus, “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men,
whereby we must be saved.”

Christians who believe the Bible will agree, God is the creator, but did you know it was Jesus, and not the
Father who created all things? Here is Proof #5

2

Salvation is God’s Gift to You!

REALIZE THAT GOD LOVES YOU “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that
whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the
world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.” John 3:16-17

UNDERSTAND YOUR TRUE CONDITION
“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23
“If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.” 1 John 1:8
“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 6:23

CONFESS YOUR SINS TO JESUS

“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all
unrighteousness.” 1 John 1:9

ACCEPT REDEMPTION THROUGH JESUS’ BLOOD

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in
heavenly places in Christ: … In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according
to the riches of his grace.” Ephesians 1:3, 7

TRUST IN JESUS AS YOUR SAVIOUR

“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:13

This video is truly exciting, because you’re about to see God’s plan, for your Salvation, like you’ve never seen it
before! You’re going to see it in symbols! Jesus said in John 14:6 “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no
man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”

King David said in Psalm 77:13 “Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary: who is so great a God as our God?” In
other words David is saying, God, you are so Great, you have shown us your way to salvation through the
symbols of the sanctuary.

Now think about this, David said God’s way is in the sanctuary, and Jesus said, He is the way, therefore Jesus
must be in the symbols of the sanctuary, so get ready for this because it’s truly Awesome!

Jesus said there is only one way into the

kingdom, and that was through Him. Just as
Only 1 Entrance He is the only way into the kingdom, there is
only one way, or entrance into the
sanctuary.

5
In the Old Testament, when you first entered the courtyard
of the sanctuary, you would approach the altar of sacrifice
with a spotless lamb, or other offering, and confess your sins
upon its head.

This symbolically transferred your sins to the lamb, which was sacrificed on the altar in your place. In the
same manner, when we come to Jesus and confess our sins to Him, and He takes our sin, and our punishment.
Speaking of Jesus, John 1:29 says, “Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.”

The next symbol you see in the sanctuary is the Laver, or wash basin where the priest would wash, or cleanse
himself, before entering into the holy place of the sanctuary tabernacle. This cleansing is symbolic of baptism
as Jesus spoke about in Matthew 28:18-20.

Next, as you enter inside the Tabernacle there are two

compartments containing various pieces of furniture,
or symbols. Let’s see how each one represents Jesus!

6
The first one is the Table of Show Bread. The bread on the table
represents Jesus as our daily provider and sustainer of life. Jesus said
in John 6:35, “I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never
hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.”

On the opposite side of the show bread you’ll see the seven lamp
candle stick, which burned continuously, giving light within the
Tabernacle. In the same way, Jesus said in John 8:12, “I am the light
of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but
shall have the light of life.”

In front of the veil to the Most Holy Place is the altar of Incense where the high priest offered prayers on
behalf of the sinner. Hebrews 2:17 says that Jesus was “a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining
to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.”

Finally, behind the veil, inside the Most Holy Place, was the ark of the testament, covered by the mercy seat,
which is where God physically manifested His presence in the form of light called the Shakina glory. As we
have learned in our earlier videos, this is where Jesus began ministering in the year 1844, to appear before
God in the heavenly sanctuary, and perform His final work of cleansing the Sanctuary from the sins of His
people. Jesus will be there until His work is completed, at which time He’ll return for all those who love Him,
and keep His commandments. John 14:15

7
Let’s summarize what we’ve learned about God’s way of
Salvation in the sanctuary. Jesus is the only way to salvation. He
is the sacrificial lamb which takes away our sins as we confess
them to Him. He washes us and cleanses us from our sin. He is
the bread of life, the light of the world and our high priest in
heaven, who is ministering on our behalf, as He performs the last
phase of cleansing the sanctuary before He returns to take His
people home.

Jesus is inviting you to accept Him, and His sacrifice on

the cross, as the payment for your sins. It is our prayer
that you accept Him as the Lord of your life, because
Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no man
comes to the Father without accepting Jesus as the Lamb
of God, who died for your sins!

Jesus Arrived on Time According to Prophecy

Daniel’s 70 Week Prophecy proves it!

Click to see the video of Daniel’s 70 Week Prophecy

Daniel’s 70 week prophecy of Jesus the Messiah is found in Daniel 9:24-27. We’ll quickly look at the first 69
weeks of this prophecy, and then we’ll be looking more closely at the last remaining week, which is so very
important for us to understand. Let there be no mistake, God’s love for mankind is at the heart of this
prophecy, because Jesus laid down His own life and died for the forgiveness of our sins. Daniel’s 70 week
8
prophecy clearly shows us that Jesus is the Messiah who fulfilled this Bible prophecy, and He did it right on
time as the Bible predicted. Come and explore God’s great love for you, and the amazing accuracy of this
beautiful prophecy.

There are only two prophetic keys needed for you to understand this prophecy, and here is the first key,
Ezekiel 4:6 and Numbers 14:34 tells us that one day of prophetic time equals 1 literal year. Therefore, if you
multiply the 70 weeks, times 7 days per week, this equals 490 prophetic days, which now becomes 490 literal
years, according to Ezekiel 4:6 and Numbers 14:34.

The second key is simply the fact that there is no zero year when crossing over from BC to AD. The Timeline
and the Calendar are different. Therefore when you calculate from BC to AD on the calculator, you must
always add 1, to get the correct answer. If you don’t do this your calculation will fall short by 1 year.
Now that you have these two keys, let’s look at the prophecy which begins with the Decree to Restore and
build Jerusalem.

The Bible says from the decree to Restore and build Jerusalem, until the Anointing or Baptism of the Messiah,
there will be 69 prophetic weeks, or 483 literal years. The decree was issued in 457 BC by the Persian king
Artaxerxes, you can read about it in Ezra chapter 7 verses 13 through 26. Jesus’ baptism was in the autumn of
27 AD, exactly 483 years after the decree, just like the Bible said it would be. Then the Bible says the Messiah
would be cut off in the middle of the 70th week. Since there are 7 days in a week, this means He’d be cut off 3
½ days after His Baptism, which in prophetic time is 3 ½ years. History tells us Jesus was cut off by crucifixion
in the spring of 31 AD, exactly 3 ½ years after His baptism, just as the prophecy indicated.

This means there are only 3 ½ years remaining in the 70 week, or 490 year prophecy for Daniel’s people, the
Jews, to accept Jesus as their Messiah. Although many Jews did accept Jesus as their Messiah, the nation as a
whole had rejected Him. Their fate as a nation, had been sealed at the close of the 70 week prophecy with the
stoning of Stephen, the first Christian Martyr, in the autumn of 34 AD, exactly 3 ½ years after the Messiah was
cut off by crucifixion.

9
To summarize, the decree to restore and build Jerusalem was issued in 457 BC, Jesus started His ministry with
His Anointing, or Baptism, in the Autumn of 27 AD, then in the middle of the 70th week, He died on the cross in
the Spring of 31 AD, yet He continued to confirm the covenant with the Jewish nation for another 3 ½ years,
until the Jews stoned Stephen to death in the Autumn of 34 AD, at which time, Jesus soon called Saul, who
became the Apostle Paul, to preach the Gospel to the Gentiles!

This, is God’s Love, for you my friend! You can read about it in John 3:16-17, which says, “For God so loved the
world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have
everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him
might be saved.”

Here is the complete text of Daniel 9:24-27 (KJV)

24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to
make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to
seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy. 25 Know therefore and understand, that from
the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be
seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous
times. 26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of
the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood,
and unto the end of the war desolations are determined. 27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for
one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the
overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined
shall be poured upon the desolate.

Numbers 14:34 (KJV)

“After the number of the days in which ye searched the land, even forty days, each day for a year, shall ye bear

your iniquities, even forty years, and ye shall know my breach of promise.”

Ezekiel 4:6 (KJV)

… “I have appointed thee each day for a year”.

So the Bible indicates the cleansing of the Heavenly Sanctuary began

work as our High Priest.

But before we do, if you have not seen our earlier video titled “Daniel’s 70 Week Prophecy of Jesus the
Messiah”, sub titled “God’s Love for you, is Awesome!”, then please watch it now, or go back and watch it
after your finished with this video, because that video holds the keys to interpret this prophecy.

The 70 weeks of Daniel, make up the first

portion of time in the 2300 day prophecy.
That video covers the first 490 years of the
2300 day prophecy, which in prophetic time
is 2300 years. Both prophecies being in 457
BC with the decree to restore and build
Jerusalem.

Concerning the 2300 years, the 70 weeks or 490

prophetic years, were determined for Daniel’s
people, the Jews. This time period ended in 34 AD
with the stoning of Stephen, which means there are
1810 years remaining in the 2300 year prophecy.
When you add 1810 years to AD 34, you come to
the year 1844. Now this is significant, according to
the Bible, what was supposed to happen at the end
of the 2300 prophetic years?

Let’s read Daniel 8:14, “And he said unto me, unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the
sanctuary be cleansed.”

11
Hebrews 4:14 & 16 says, “Seeing then that we have a great high priest,
that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our
profession. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we
may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.” Friend this is
AWESOME, do you understand what you just read? Jesus, the Son of God
is our High Priest, in the heavenly sanctuary, and we are invited to come
boldly to Him, to His Throne of Grace, where we may obtain Mercy and find
Grace to help us in our time of need!

This is important, because according to the

Bible, the world is living in the Judgment hour
since 1844.

And that judgment which began in 1844 will

end just prior to the 2nd coming, or the return
of Jesus in the clouds of heaven with all the
heavenly angels.

Revelation 14:7 depicts an angel “Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his
judgment is come:” This passage is dealing directly with the time period of 1844 and onward, till the return of
Jesus.

The Bible is clear, Hebrews 7:25 says, 25 Wherefore he (meaning Jesus our high priest) is able also to save
them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever lives to make intercession for them.
We have now learned where Jesus is today. He is in the most holy place of the heavenly sanctuary,
interceding on our behalf, in His role as our High Priest, and we are invited to come boldly to Him through
prayer, to His Throne of Grace, where we may obtain Mercy and find Grace to help us in our time of need!

Is this the end? Every so often the Scientist’s tell

us the big one is coming, some huge Asteroid is
headed our way, and if anything happens to shift
it’s course, we could be facing a major collision
leading to the destruction of life as we know it
today.

Others would have us believe the world is going

to end with some Atomic bomb, or series of
bombs wiping us off the face of the earth. But is
this really how Earth will come to an End? And
how can we know for sure what’s going to
happen. Quite honestly, the only source we can
rely on to tell us the truth, is the Bible.

When Jesus’ work is completed as our High Priest, He will

come back to earth and take His people home with Him. In
the book of ACTS, chapter 1 and verse 11, the followers of
Jesus were told that Jesus would come back in the same
manner which he ascended into heaven, and verse 9 of that
chapter tells us that Jesus went up to heaven on a cloud.
Therefore he will return in the same way, and when He
does, those who have died while believing in Him will be
raised from the dead.

13
In the resurrection we’ll be reunited with our loved ones
who have also passed away trusting in the resurrection of
Jesus at the last day.
1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 says, For the Lord himself shall
descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the
archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in
Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain
shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to
meet the Lord in the air…

However, those who don’t believe in Jesus and have not

been following Him will be destroyed by the brightness of
His appearance. 2 Thessalonians 2:8 says, And then shall
the Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume
with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the
brightness of his coming:

Friend, it is truly a matter of life and death. You will have

life if you receive Jesus and make Him the Lord of your
life. But if you reject the knocking of Jesus on the door of
your heart, you will be destroyed when He comes. So I
invite you to choose life, by allowing Jesus to direct your
life. Ask Him to forgive your sins with a sincere heart, and
He will do it. Ask Him for the power to follow Him and live
a holy life, and He will give it to you, through the power of
His Holy Spirit.

Yes, there will be wars and rumors of

wars on earth, death and destruction will
continue until Jesus returns, but the
world is not going to end by falling
asteroids or atomic bombs.

14
The end will come with the soon expected return of Jesus
in the clouds of heaven. Jesus tells us in John 14: 2-3, In
my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I
would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And
if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and
receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may
be also. Therefore I invite you to place your Hope, your
Trust and your Faith in Jesus the son of God, because He
will return for all those who follow Him in love, sincerity,
and truth.

God’s New Testament Covenant

Paul teaches the Old Covenant was faulty, and was therefore replaced with the New Covenant. Let’s compare the two
covenants to learn why, and you’ll be amazed at what you see! Here are the Parts of a covenant. (Old Covenant & New
Covenant). A covenant is made between 2 parties. The covenant centers around the Articles of the covenant. An
agreement is then made concerning the articles. A promise is made by one of the parties, and finally, the covenant is
sealed. Now compare each part of the OT and NT covenants highlighted in Yellow below. Note: God’s promises of the
NT covenant were given in the OT to the prophet Jeremiah.

OLD Covenant NEW Covenant

(Exodus 19:3 – 24:8) (Jere. 31:31-34; Heb. 8:6 - 10:27)

The first party in the OT Covenant is GOD The first party in the NT Covenant is GOD
(Exod 19:3, 24:3, 7) (Jere.31:31-32; Heb.8:10)

The 2nd party in the OTC was God’s People The 2nd party in the NTC was God’s People

The articles of the OTC were based on: The articles of the NTC were based on:
God’s law God’s law
(Exod 20-23 & Deut 4:13-14) (Jere.31:33-34; Heb.8:8-12 & Exod 20)

Up to this point, both covenants are the same!

(Exod 24:3,7) heart, we keep them because we love Jesus!
(Jere 31:34, Heb. 8:10, 10:16, John 14:15 )

The OTC was sealed with: The NTC was sealed with:
The Blood of Animals The Blood of JESUS

Here are 4 points to remember:

Point #1) The Old covenant was based upon the people’s
promise to God, and was sealed with the blood of animals.
The Old covenant was faulty because the people broke it.
(Jeremiah 31:31-32, Hebrews 8:7-9)

Point #2) The New covenant is based upon God’s promise

to His people, and was sealed with the blood of Jesus
Christ. God will never break His promise. That’s why Paul
calls it in Hebrews 8:6, “a better covenant which was
established upon better promises.”

Point #3) God’s Law is the primary Article for both covenants, meaning God’s law still stands today. Jesus Himself said
in Matthew 5:18 “For verily I say unto you, till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the

16
law, till all be fulfilled.” According to Jesus, as long as heaven and earth are still here, God’s laws are still in effect, and
by keeping them, you are showing that God has written His laws within your heart.

Point #4) When God places His laws within your heart, you will love to do them. Remember the words of Jesus in John
14:15, “If you love me, keep my commandments”. Satan’s lie is now exposed, God’s laws have not been removed or
destroyed, they are still in force for the Christian to obey, today!

God’s Sabbath

Genesis 2:3 says that God blessed and sanctified the

Sabbath at creation. The Sabbath is so important to
God, that He included it in His 10 commandments.

It’s the 4th commandment, the 7th day of the week, which is Saturday -
Exodus 20:8-11

The Sabbath is celebrated from “evening to evening”, therefore the Sabbath

begins Friday at sunset, and ends Saturday at sunset - Leviticus 23:32

Exodus 31:12-17 reveals the Sabbath is a sign between God and His people, a sign that He is the Lord who sanctifies us.
God restored the Sabbath to His people after He brought them out of Egyptian slavery. They kept the Sabbath before
the 10 Commandments were given at Sinai - Exodus 16:22-27

Luke 4:14-16 tells us Jesus kept the Sabbath. Acts 18:1-5 says the Apostles, the Jews, and the Gentiles kept the Sabbath.
Isaiah 66:23 shows us the Sabbath will be kept on the New Earth.

17
Listen to these encouraging words from Isaiah 58:13-14

“If thou turn away thy foot from the Sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on
my holy day; and call the Sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD,
honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding
thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words: Then shalt thou
delight thyself in the LORD; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high
places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father:
for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.”

Why is the Sabbath Important to God?

To begin with, God commanded His people to keep the Sabbath. You can read about it in Exodus 20:8-11 & Hebrews
4:1-11. The Sabbath is a sign between God and His people, that God is the one who Sanctifies us, and that we may
know, that He is the Lord our God. Ezek 20:12 & Ezek 20:20

When we keep God’s 7th day Sabbath we are accepting His sign of Sanctification. When we reject God’s 7th day Sabbath
by keeping another day, such as Sunday, we reject His sign of sanctification, because we are following a false or
counterfeit Sabbath. Romans 6:16 says, “Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants
ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?”

Furthermore, the 7th day Sabbath is important because Jesus, our Lord and
Savior, said in John 14:15, “If you Love Me, keep My commandments.”
Therefore Jesus clearly makes keeping His commandments a sign of our Love
and Loyalty to Him. In fact, the Apostle who loved Jesus said in 1 John 2:3-4
“And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. He
that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the
truth is not in him.”

Jesus tells a story found in Luke 6:47-49 which says, “Whosoever cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and doeth
them, … He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood
arose, the stream beat violently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock.”

But he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth; against which
the stream did beat violently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great.” Finally, Jesus said in Luke
6:46 “… why call me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?

Which Day is God’s Sabbath?

Has time been lost? Has the weekly cycle been changed? Here’s what the Bible says. In Exodus 16:14-31 God worked a
miracle by providing manna for His people in the desert. No manna appeared on the Sabbath, therefore God’s people
were instructed to gather a double portion on the 6th day, and not gather it on the 7th day. This was the only day the
manna would not spoil when kept overnight. The Israelites have since kept this weekly Sabbath, every 7th day, as God
commanded, and the day they kept through the centuries is the day we call Saturday.

If time had been lost between the Exodus and the earthly ministry of Jesus, He would have corrected it.
After all, John 1:1-3, & 14, Hebrews 1:1-2 and Colossians 1:16 all proclaim that Jesus is the Creator of all things, and this
would include the Sabbath. At the time of Jesus’ crucifixion, the Bible identifies which day is the 7th day Sabbath.

Luke states in 23:50-56 and 24:1-3, that Jesus was laid in the tomb on the
“Preparation” day. Then they went home to prepare spices and ointments and
rested on the Sabbath according to the commandment. On the 1st day of the
week, they brought the spices and ointments to anoint Jesus’ body, but found the
tomb empty, because our Lord rose early on the 1st day of the week. Jesus was
crucified and laid in the tomb on the “preparation” day, which is Friday, the 6th day
of the week. The Sabbath is the day which follows, Saturday, the 7th day, and
Jesus’ resurrection was Sunday, the 1st day.

Time has not been lost since the crucifixion of Jesus, and the weekly cycle has not changed. God never changed the day
of worship. Hebrews 4:1-11 tells us the Sabbath still remains today. And Isaiah 66:22-24 tells us the Sabbath will be
kept in Heaven and on the earth made new! God’s 7th day Sabbath is Saturday! Exodus 20:8-10 “Remember the
Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labor, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the Sabbath of the
LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work”.

The Bible is clear, Satan wants to be like
God, he wants the worship which belongs to
God, and he’ll stop at nothing to get it. The
Bible also says that Jesus came to show us
the way to Salvation and Eternal Life.

Yet millions of Christians don’t even realize Satan’s deceptions are already deeply rooted in Christianity today.
We can’t just put our head in the sand and pretend all is well, because according to Jesus, Satan’s deceptions
will cause many Christians to be lost.

Jesus said, “Not everyone that says to me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that does
the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied
in your name? And in your name have cast out devils? And in your name done many wonderful works? And
then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, you that work iniquity.” This is found in
Matthew 7:21-23

Jesus says these people who believed on Him and called on His
name, won’t enter the kingdom of heaven because they didn’t do
the will of the Father, they were workers of iniquity. In other
words, they were deceived into believing they were following
Jesus, even though they were not following the will of God as
revealed in the Bible. This is one of Satan’s most effective lies to
cause the downfall of millions of Christians, and one way he’s
doing this is through the ecumenical movement.

Listen how the Bible reveals Lucifer’s intensions:

Isaiah 14:13-14 says, “For thou hast said in thine heart,
I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above
the stars of God: I will ascend above the heights of the
clouds; I will be like the most High.”

Many people believe all miracles come from God, but Satan also has this power, listen closely.

20
(Correction: That text is Rev. 16:14) Now don’t
worry, God hasn’t left us in the dark. He’s shown
us how to protect ourselves from Satan’s miracles
and deceptions.

In other words, God tells us not to listen to those

who do not teach His laws and His testimonies
from the Bible. God tells us these people are not
walking in His light.

Psalm 119:105 tells us where to find the light,

“Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light
unto my path.” So the only way to light your
path, is by reading and following the Word of
God.

Jesus says in Matthew 15:9 “But in vain they do worship

me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.”
This verse tells us our worship of Jesus won’t do us any
good if we don’t follow the doctrines of the Bible.

If we’re not obedient to God, we are yielding ourselves

over to sin and death. Paul said in Romans 6:16 “Know
ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey,
his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto
death, or of obedience unto righteousness?”

Please allow me to paraphrase what James taught the early Christian church.

Now remember, this is the teaching of the early Christian church, before Satan twisted it into the idea that all
you have to do is just believe. The Bible clearly says a faith without works is a dead faith.

Friend, don’t listen to anyone who says you don’t have to keep God’s commandments. It’s a lie from Satan.
Nowhere does the Bible say it’s ok to break God’s laws.
22
In summary, Satan wants to deceive us. He wants to hijack your Christian experience by leading you away
from the truths found in God’s Word, but the Bible is our only safe guard. We can’t live by intuition, we can’t
live by how we feel, we can’t follow the teachings of man. We can’t sit back and wait for God to give us some
new Revelation, He’s already done that in the Bible, and He’s not going to change or alter what He’s already
spoken or written for our growth and learning. Our only safe guard is to follow the Bible, the Word of the
Living God. If you read and apply the Bible to your life, you won’t ever hear Jesus say, “Depart from me, you
worker of iniquity” … instead you’ll hear Jesus say to you,

… enter thou into the joy of thy Lord.” Matthew 25:23

May God bless you and your loved ones as you seek to learn His truths as He reveals them in the Holy Bible.
