rules for convocation. I am also aware that the information submitted by me shall be verified with the current records
available with the SHIVAJI UNIVERSITY and on verification the conferring Degree/Diploma / Certificate shall be
allocated to me.

Important instructions to the applicant for Regular & Urgent Degree Certificate online application.

1. Submission of Form :-
I. Each Application will be entered with separate User Name.
II. Students who have PRN they can apply for convocation as per rules through online mode only.
and must be upload the required all Mark lists with online form
III. Student should use one E-mail Id per degree while filling the online form, and other degree certificate student
should be create new e-mail id for apply other degree certificate
IV. Students who have passed before March /April -2002, Students must be approach to the convocation section
personally for Manual form with the attested copy of all Mark lists, Adhar Card with passport size Photo.
V. Students who have passed under Improvement Scheme candidates must be approach to the convocation section
personally for online form with the attested copy of all Mark lists with passport size Photo and their earlier Original
Degree Certificate. (Convocation section Room No 110 Exam Bldg. No. 01, Shivaji University, Kolhapur)

VI. In case of non-availability of photo in system the student may upload his/her photo carefully.

VII. M.Phil.,/Ph.D. passed candidate mention their degree awarded date (Viva date) in the online form carefully, and
must be upload your photo and Result declaration letter of Shivaji University.

VIII. ‘Internship Completion Certificate” of Shivaji University Kolhapur must be upload for Medical Degree
certificate.

2. Mode of Payment :-
Through Online Payment mode only.(In case of failure in payment please wait for 1 hour, check the receipt, then
retry for another payment.)

3. Rules and Regulations :-


I. Please ensure the Bank details (Bank Name / Self A/c No./ IFSC Code) /Aadhaar Card No/faculty/course /subject/
class details/Specialization if any while submitting the online form. In case of any discrepancy please submit student
grievance form available online in Students login. (Click to grievance form)

II. Forms with incomplete, incorrect, insufficient information and without fee will not be accepted. No
correspondence will be made in this regard.

III. Student who have passed under the following scheme will not be issued degree certificate. (i) RBE. , (ii)
R.B.Sc.-10, (iii) OBCS. iii (A), (iv) RB.A. 11 (i) , (v) For Improvement-I Class , (vi) R.B.com-12, (vii) Form
DIDD.
IV. Degree certificate will be conferred for the courses enlisted in statute No. 548.
V. For any problem please report your grievance by online mode OR contact on 0231 2609113 / 2609302 during
office hours and for Technical problem contact IT Cell Section 0231 2609335

4. Instruction For Urgent Degree :-


I. As per Statute 548(A) the candidate who have passed the course but could not applied for the degree certificate to
the convocation held, are eligible to apply for Urgent Degree Certificate. Urgent Degree Certificate will be issued
within 40 days from the receipt of the complete application form. This is a provision and facility for the student and
not a right.
II. Urgent Degree fee is Rs. 5500/-.
III. Application fee once paid is non-refundable.
IV. Candidates who have passed examination in October or March after the Convocation Ceremony, they
can’t apply for Urgent degree.
V. Urgent Degree Certificate will be issued within 15 days from the receipt of the complete online application form.
This is a Provision and facility for the student of this University and not a right.
VI. All above rules and regulations are applicable for Urgent Degree.
