What kind of work have you done in support role?

Hi Good Morning/Afternoon XXX, Myself XXX. I’m currently working with Ceon solutions payroll deployed to Lenovo
client as server support engineer. I do have 3+ years of overall experience in IT and worked on multiple projects as
support Engineer and since last 2 years I’m working on backup and recover product support engineer and Netapp
storage support from December 2021 to 2022 . Right now I’m working for a shops central client they deal with IT
security and data protection. Here we are .

As part of this we are taking backup of their remote desktop(cent OS,Ubuntu, all windows versions) for every 10 minutes
and those backup we are storing in the NFS/SMB/ share of the Oneblox storage box.
We are supporting to store in the AWS,Azure S3 bucket.
Consolidate the images,Replication of the images from SMB to AWS s3.
Performing the retention.

If any of the RDP machine is failed/not working means they raising tickets in zen desk, those tickets will be assigned to
support engineers, we need to troubleshoot those issues and need to resolve.

We need to delete the old rdp machine and restoring the new RDP using the latest backup image.

This bckup and recover server is connected to service portal(Connectwise Manager), if any of the backup is
failed/replication is failed/consolidation failed / restore failed , it will automatically raise the ticket in (Connectwise
Manager) and assigned to support engineer. Those kind of tickets also we taking and troubleshooting and closing the
tickets.

In December 2021 to Decimber2022 I worked as Trainee Executive in US Mortgage client Penny Mac they deal with
producing and servicing of loans. Here my role is Netapp storage support engineer like if any of the vendor need the
storage means creating the volume and providing the storage to vendors. Extending the volume size, creating new
shares for users, giving the permission for the users based on the requests, giving the quote limits to the shares.
Troubleshooting the Clint issues like share is not mounting, share has no proper permissions, like this issues we are
resolving.

Most of the thinks I worked hear is :


creating shares/volumes/
Creating the different types of volumes.
Enabling the protocols
Mounting the shares
giving the permission to users for shares mounting.
Creating the aggregates(RAID group)
Monitor the storage usage.
