Operation Fish

To: The executive board
Directive-Type: Covert
Objective: To keep a check on navy
forces of surrounding regions
Action Plan:
Phase 1 Acquire and Place :
1) 30 marines and 60 soldiers who know
how to fish will be employed for this
operation
2) Intensive background checks will be
conducted to ensure the loyalty of all
involved in the operation
3) 30 fishermen boats will be acquired
form the citizens of Greater Phrygia 1
marine and 2 soldiers will be placed in
each boat
4) They will be provided food, water,
fishermen's nets, and equipment for
fishing.
5)They will be armed with swords used
for close combat which will be hidden
under their clothes
Phase 2 Release:
1) These “fishermen” will set sail from
the coastline of Greater Phrygia
2) 7 of these ships will sail to Cyprus, 8
to Crete, to 5 will sail to surrounding
islands and 10 will sail to Egypt
3) While sailing the soldiers will fish
continuously while circling the lands
assigned to them to avoid suspicion
Phase 3 Collect:
1) They will collect information about
opposition navy ships and advancements
marking their numbers, weaponry and
overall strength of opponents while
fishing and circling the land.
2) As they Dock at land they will sell the
fish to locals and acquire more food and
resources for their journey they will also
collect information by talking to locals
identifying exploitable rumors and public
opinion along with possible
advancements in the country they will
also observe any military advancements
at coastlines in their respective areas
3) They will continue this for 2 weeks
before they start their return to the
greater Phrygia
4) If they are discovered they will be
commanded to slit their throats with
swords provided to them to avoid
capture
Phases 3 return:
1) On their return to Greater Phrygia,
they will report all information acquired
by them and if any concerning military
advancements are made action will be
taken.
2) This information will also be used for
further conquest of land and the
operation will continue until enough intel
is gathered or there is a change in
advancements
3) If any urgent and confirmed navel
military operations are seen they will
immediately change course back to
Phrygia where preparations for war will
start
4) If any misinformation is given they
and their families will be drowned at sea
Expected outcome:
1) A large number of spies will be
deployed to surrounding nations to keep
check of military advancements to avoid
surprise attacks.
2) Information can be gathered about
exploitation points within the nations
themselves allowing for a steady stream
of information.
3) This will ensure that surprise attacks
cannot be conducted by the seafront and
it will make feature military
advancement and takeover by sea
easier.
