SCOPE OF SUPPLY:

A feed tank in SS 316L shall be supplied to receive feed.

A Centrifugal pump from balance tank shall be feed to ATFD through the pump.
3. AGITATED THIN FILM DRYER (ATFD) 1 No
In a vertical vessel evaporator, the rotor blades are hinged. The feed enters the shell
tangentially and gets spread along the inside surface of the shell into a thin film. The hinged
rotor blades keep the film under intense agitation preventing any scale formation. The vapors
flow counter current to the film. Steam trap shall be provided.

4. Surface Condenser 1 No
Surface Condenser shall be provided to condense vapours from the ATFD. The condenser shall
be a shell and tube Heat exchanger with the cooling medium water.
MOC: Contact parts – SS 316l, Tubes – SS 316l (ERW), Shell – SS 304.
5. Surface Condenser Pump 1 No
A condenser pump shall be used to separate process condensate from the ATFD

6. Ducting, piping and fittings 1 Lot
One lot of Ducting, piping and fittings in SS 316 / SS 304/Carbon Steel shall be provided
complete with necessary pipes, bends, tees, valves, etc for interconnection of various
components to form an optimum and compact layout. Suitable CS flanges with SS Short stub
end shall be provided.
7. Electrical Panel 1 No
A Non-Compartmental Electrical control panel (Non-Flame Proof) shall be provided in damp
proof construction out of CRCA sheets of thickness 14/16 gauge and Powder coated.

EXCLUSIONS:
Following items are excluded from our scope:
Boiler and boiler accessories including the pressure reducing station and steam pipelines.
Cooling tower, cooling tower pumps & the cooling water pipelines.
Disposal of Condensate / Concentrate or Salt sludge.
Incineration system /Disposal system for the disposal of concentrate out from the
evaporator.
All buildings, foundations, foundation nut-bolts and civil engineering works, plant cover,
etc.
Equipment necessary for machine / equipment positioning, e.g. cranes, forklift trucks, etc.
Obtaining permission / license from necessary authorities, Government agencies required.
Unloading/Storage/Security/Insurance of equipment at site.
Lodging and boarding of our erection Engineer/s and erection team during the entire
project.
Insulation & cladding of Piping & Ducting.
Interconnection (Electrical and Instrumentation) cable and cable trays
C.I.P. Chemicals.
Vacuum system
Any other goods or services not otherwise mentioned and necessary for completion of the
project.
Any other point not specifically mentioned in our scope of supply.
Customer to provide following:
Supply of personnel safety equipment, emergency lighting and firefighting equipment.
Sufficient lighting at the installation site.
Unskilled labours and technical staff needed during installation and start up.
Utilities such as Steam, Electricity, compressed air, wash / process water, etc. required for
site fabrication, erection, testing, commissioning, and operation of plant

A) FABRICATION NOTES:
Following steps and inspection will be followed during manufacturing of the system

Dimensional Inspection and water fill up testing in witness of Client / TPI
If required, Matt finish from internal and external parts will be tested in witness if Client /TPI
In-case of any additional stage-wise inspection required, client has to intimate the same during DQ
approval

Supervision of Erection and Commissioning:
We can provide services of our service engineer on chargeable basis for supervision of
installation and commissioning after completion of necessary infrastructure/ foundation/
civil work etc. at your end.
Our charges for Service Engineer shall be Rs. 10,000/- per Day considering normal working
hours of 8 hrs a day excluding To & Fro fare + Free lodging & boarding at site + Local
Conveyance-To be arranged by Purchaser.
If services are rendered on a weekend or for more than normal working hrs the same shall
be charged extra.
Delivery
The equipment shall be ready for final inspection at our works within 5-6 weeks from the
date of receipt of technically and commercially clear purchase order along with advance
payment whichever is later. Installation & commissioning shall be completed in 4 weeks
from the date of last supply. Any delays in receiving conformation for techno-commercial
information/approvals from your end will lead to delivery schedule getting delayed
accordingly. We will request for information/confirmation/approval etc, if required, within

7 days from date of receipt of purchase order. You will provide us the necessary inputs
within 7 days. The delay in receiving information/confirmation/approval etc will result in
delivery schedule getting delayed and the delay will be on your account. Any delay in
shipment of the equipment during transit shall not be our liability.
Commercial terms and Conditions of Supply
Price Basis
The prices quoted by us are on Ex-works Pune and are exclusive of packing, forwarding,
freight, insurance and any other levies that may be applicable. The same will be charged
extra at actual to your account at the rates prevailing at the time of dispatch of the
equipment.
The present rates are as below
Packing & Forwarding : 2% extra on quoted price
Transit Insurance & Freight : Extra at actual
Taxes & Duties : Extra at actual.
Payment Terms
For Supply
40% with taxes of the offered price as advance along with your techno-
commercially clear Purchase order.
60% payment with taxes & duties against the Proforma Invoice before dispatch in
three/four progressive lots.
Validity of offer
Our offer validity is for 15 days from the date hereof. If the validity period extension is
sought it should be obtained in writing from our end.
