2 1. VTA: Vendor to Advise; VTC: Vendor to Calculate.

3 2. The design wind pressure shall be worked out based on ASCE 7-16 and parameters specified in MGP1-PP2-CPE-CX-7704-0002.

3.The equipment shall be designed, manufactured, tested and inspected as per Specification for Pressure Vessels Doc. No: MGP1-PP2-CPE-MS-

7771-0001 and referenced codes and specifications.
5 4. Non-standard forgings shall be fully examined by UT at the mill, in accordance with the requirements of ASTM A388.

6 5. Instrument nozzle shall be properly braced on shell.

7 6. Two diagonally opposed earthing bosses shall be provided. Material earthing bosses shall be equal to part to with the boss will be welded.

7. At least two lifting lugs/Trunnions shall be set for the equipment and the design load for lugs shall be at least 2 times of equipment weight.

Calculations for Lifting Lugs/ Trunnions shall be provided by Vendor. Tailing lugs should be considered as per lugs calculations.
8. Pressure part materials and welds shall perform V-notch impact at minus 29°C unless otherwise specified. Three specimens’ average shall
meet the requirement of the relevant codes. Only one specimen may be below the minimum average value. Other properties shall meet the

requirement of ASME UG-84. Vendor shall perform detail calculations for the equipment, and ensure the calculated MDMT is not colder than
minus 29°C.
10 9. The wall thickness is the minimum requirement. Vendor needs to recalculate and guarantee the equipment safety & reliability.
11 10. Vendor shall calculate hydrostatic test pressure for Shop based on MAP as per UG-99c & future field based on MAWP as per UG-99b.
12 11. All Manways shall be provided with blinds, davit arm, studs, nuts and Gaskets.
13 12. Material, size and type of anchor bolts shall be specified by Vendor.
14 13. This datasheet is prepared according to process datasheet MGP1-PP2-CPE-PX-2105-0011.
15 14. Bolts and nuts shall be Hot dip galvanized and shall comply with specification MGP1-PP2-CPE-MP-7737-0002.
16 15. Weights provided are estimated, Vendor to provide final equipment weights.
17 16. Internal and external parts welded/bolted to the shell shall be in Vendor scope.
17. All flanges face surface finish shall be as per ASME B16.5. Unless otherwise indicated, all flanges holes shall be staggered to main axes of

vessel. All nozzle projections are measured from the centreline / tan line of the vessels to the gasket face of the flange.
19 18. Unless otherwise indicated, all dimension are in mm. All drawings and document of vendor shall be in S.I. units
20 19. Flow-rate and dimensions shall be based on latest information of VENDOR consumer units.

20. Vendor shall provide fixed platforms & Ladders for access & maintenance of manway, instruments, etc. Location of platforms & ladders shall be

indicated in General Arrangement Drawing submitted with the Bid.

21. Nozzle reinforcement shall not limit max allowable working pressure. Nozzle external load calculations shall be done as per MGP1-PP2-CPE-
MP-7880-0001-001. Local load analysis of pipe support cleats/lifting lugs/ structural support cleats for the specified loadings as per PD 5500 Annex-

G or WRC107/537 or WRC297.FEA analysis for geometry / size / falling outside ASME code limit & for nozzle local loads where geometry exceeds
WRC107/537 or WRC297 limit shall be done.
23 22. Transportation saddles to be provided by Vendor and Vendor to consider the fixation manner of this saddles during transportation.
24 23. Instrument Air Receiver(PP2-V-50802) is sized to provide hold up capacity for 15 mins with pressure drop from 8.5 barg to 5.5 barg.

26 25. All lifting equipment including lugs, spreader beam, shackles shall be tested and certified.
26. The distance between main seam welds (longitudinal and circumferential joints) and nozzles, reinforcement or other welded attachments shall
