UK Requirements (Briefer)
General Requirements
□ Original Passport
a. Passport must be signed, emergency contact at the back must be filled up
and is valid for at least 6 months prior to departure.
b. It must contain at least 2 blank pages.
c. Remove the passport case before submitting.
d. Submit the old passport ONLY IF with previous visa and stamps for OECD
countries (Japan, Australia, Canada, US, New Zealand, Schengen Countries
etc.) within the last 10 years.
□ 2 Pcs Photo (Passport Size)
a. Should be studio quality taken within the last 6 months
b. Must not be damaged or stained; no name plate on the photo
c. In color, facing forward & non-smiling
□ Application Form (Form to Be Provided)
□ Birth Certificate (current PSA – Original)
a. Must be One Year from date of Application (you may check the bar code
below)
□ Marriage Certificate (if married, current PSA – Original)

*The following requirements are not mandatory but in some cases the Embassy may require
them. Moreover, presentation of the following increases the chances of approval.
Other Requirements
Employed / Self-Employed Individuals
□ Original Certificate of Employment (Employed Individuals Only)
o Must include applicant's position, date hired, compensation, office
address, HR landline number, and HR E-mail address
o Must indicate that you have been given time off work (or approved
leave) and must specify whether this time is paid or unpaid
□ Original Personal Bank Certificate
o Must be addressed to the UK Embassy or “for visa application”
indicated.
o Must include account name, account number, account type, current
balance, account opening date, 6 months average balance (ADB)
o For digital bank documents (CIMB/Maya/Seabank, etc.), please
accompany them with commercial bank documents (BPI/BDO/Security
Bank, etc.) If you are unable to do so, please submit a typewritten
explanation of why you cannot submit commercial bank documents.
□ Proof of Business Registration (Self-Employed Individuals Only)
o DTI or SEC with GIS
o Mayor’s Permit
□ Bank Statement
o Issued in the last 6 Months
o Same account number with the bank certificate issued
o Original or certified true copy of bank statements/passbook for the last
6 months

o Proof of enrollment at the school/college/university addressed to the
Embassy of the UK.

Retired

Additional Notes:
Most of the time, applicants that are Unemployed (not a Student, not a Retiree, and)
are automatically denied. If you are unemployed, kindly let us know your
circumstances beforehand and we will schedule a Zoom Call to ascertain your
circumstances and advise you on what we can assist with and documents you should
provide in order to increase your chances of getting approved.
Affidavit of Support may be requested for Students / Retirees on a case-to-case basis.
REMINDERS / FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Some requirements listed above may not be in the list of requirements issued by the
UK Embassy or based from your previous experiences, however, we require them to
ensure that there will be no delay in the issuance of a visa grant notice in the event
that the UK Embassy requests for additional documents.
We will be the ones to create an account in the UK Embassy Online Portal, kindly
just provide us the answers to the filled-up application form for encoding.
We will be the ones to schedule your appointment for Biometrics.
We will be the ones to draft the cover letter whenever necessary
In the event that you will need your passport while your application is currently in
process at the UK Embassy, it cannot be pulled out for whatever reason.
Applicants won’t be allowed to get their passports at the Embassy. Only our Liaison
Officer can obtain the passport on behalf of the applicant.
Do not staple the application. Documents submitted (aside from the Passports) may
or may not be returned, and the Embassy may require additional documents on a
case-to-case basis.
Validity of visa is upon the discretion of the Embassy
Family should apply at the same time and provide proof of relationship (if they will be
joining)
Processing time is roughly 30 working days (still in the discretion of the Embassy)
If you have a valid US / Canada / Australia / Schengen Visa and it is used within 5
years we can expedite the application for an additional charge of Php 10,000.00
(Prices are subject to change). Processing time is reduced to 7-10 working days (still
in the discretion of the Embassy)
We frequently get questions on “How much money” should be indicated on the bank
certificate. Although the embassy did not release any guidelines on this or any
minimum amount. It is best to show your biggest but truthful balance.
Inform your HR Officer/Contractor/Bank that someone will call or email from the UK
Embassy to validate the documents you provided (in cases where they validate).
We will be providing a G-Drive link for you to send the soft copies of your documents
for initial evaluation before we request for the hard-copies
Visa approval is sole discretion of the Consul’s in charge which is beyond Agency’s
control so that the travel agency will not be liable for the applicant’s visa denial,
HOWEVER, we provide all the necessary attachments in relation to your trip such as
the Itineraries, Hotel Bookings, Airfare Bookings and the like, in order to increase the
approval of your Visa
