1. Introduction and definition of praise and worship

A) Praise *1mnyakati 16:8,28> 2nd 7>

Telling people and the congregation about the goodness of GOD. Informing
the crowd about he did to you and the people you witnessed HIS goodness
work.
In other decisions portraying HIS biblical great dids

Example of > giving someone 200 and checking their reactions

i) Characteristics of praise
a) It should be based on the word of GOD on teaching, encouraging, giving
hope, refreshing and energizing the spirit. All this is assumed as entertaining
in the eyes of people.
b) Can be sung by use of any style and rhythm as long as it sticks on guidelines
and rules stated above.eg
 Sebene
 Reggae
 Rhumba
 Rock
 Zuku
 Sukus
 Lingala
 Chakacha
 Taarab
 Hip-hop
 Rnb
 Zulu
 Spoken word
All the above styles and rhythm are good to praise our GOD in. Hower there other
native ways of worshiping and praising GOD which are good and others run
centrally with secular music (without GOD) such worships and praises are used by
the people of the world to code a satanic message that when enters into the ears of
a person in spirit, changes the way he or she thinks and posses her soul entirely.
Such songs are programed and set to a certain frequency that alter a listener in
spirit. That is why most of the people who take praise for entertainment end up
leaving in the middle of the sermon since what they were looking for is already
settled in their heart
Importance of praise ZAB..30.>12,33.>1, 86.>12.147.>1
 Breaks the chains and boundaries
 Moves GOD
 Destroys the enemies both spiritual and physical
 Displays the presence of GOD
 It is a weapon on its own 2nd nyakt 20.21
 Brings in riches
 Brings joy to GOD
1.KEY POINTS ON PRAISE
Who is a praiser?
This is a minister in spirit to bring GOS’s presence and power in people. This
individual is not an entertainer but evangelist and testimonist who works in spirit to
sermon the divine power of the spiritual realm in this case God’s spirit.
Most of the case people who are not in spirit tent to perceive that move as
entertaining hence end up satisfying bodily needs and not the spirit.
It should be understood that people of the world value this aspect and use the
sounds and enchantments to summon the demonic powers from their dominant
state. Eg witch doctors and other native herbalists use the power of praise
to perform miracles. This is because the art of mastering praise as a weapon is in
their hands. And they are considered very dangerous and are even feared by
Christians in many occasions.

Nb not every song that goes slow is a worship and not every faster /fast song is
praise song. Determination of the praise song or worship song depends on lyrics
and the poetic placement of words

B) Worship
Talking to GOD and telling (preach) others on who HE is and HIS
understandable capability beyond human understanding. Worship itself is
preaching.
2.KEY POINTS ON WORSHIP
Who is a worshiper
This is an individual taking people to the presence of GOD. Giving instructions on
how god is and what to do in his presence. This individual determines what will
happen to every individual in the congregation: people praying, accepting Jesus,
repenting, speaking in tongues, identifying people’s problems, confessions and
other spiritually related things. These are the people that makes the cloud of GOD
and the spirit work. their characteristics are mentioned above too.
However, these set of people are very venerable to the evil power if they engage in
the following activities
 Taking prayers optional
 Eating whatever comes before them
 Having doubts in their hearts (lack of faith)
 Coping others without following the footsteps of successful singers
/worshipers
 Jealousy (Galatians 5:19) microphone handling too.
 Greed and other ungodly behaviors.
PURPOSE OF WORSHIPING AND PRAISING
Most of the individuals take worshiping and praising for entertainment and praising
others. But the main purpose of praise and worship is giving fulfilling GOD’s purpose
of praising HIM.
In this case choice of song maters, a lot. This is because most of the songs some
ministers sing are:
 Gossip songs
 Food songs
 Self-praising songs
 Marriage songs
 Sorrow songs
 Certain raising songs
 Mocking songs
 Diss songs
 Instructions songs
 Love songs
 Cercusision songs
 Silly and uninformed songs
 Warning songs
 Poetic songs
 Property songs
 Witchcraft songs
 Story telling songs (individuals’ stories unlike testimonies)
 Etc
PRACTICE AND EXERCISE
Above all voice and sound maters in everything. Most of the minister’s sing what
seems to be their best but they are not in spirit and truth. Worshiping plainly won’t
bring any impact to the people and even yourselves. A true worshiper worships in
truth and spirit. Give that time heals things, continues practice and dedication
makes perfect. There are a varieties of singers in the following forms:
 Lack of agility
 Open voice
 Tireder/tider
 Fake vibrato
 Nasaler
 Tone deaf (off key)
 Staccasiast
 Accestrist maringo
 Asthmatic
 Screamist
 Downsythromer
 Offbeater
 Selfisher (sings what is in his head no mater what)
If you sing like one of the above you need to have classes and there avariety of
classes to seek but first.. lest check stage management and other signatures.
