Common Questions Savings Guarantee

1. What is the guaranteed amount I can expect to save annually?

Your annual guaranteed savings will equal your annual payments for the recommended system size. The guarantee is contingent on you maintaining
a minimum monthly electricity usage, calculated from the TNB bills you provide. We will outline all the details in our proposal.

2. What if my electricity usage falls below the minimum level?

If your electricity usage falls below the minimum required level in any month, that month will be excluded from our annual Savings Guarantee
calculations.

3. Does the Savings Guarantee apply to all system sizes?

It applies to the system size we recommend and not to any additional capacity you may request for.

4. How much can I actually save on my TNB bill?

We typically recommend a system that aims to reduce your monthly bill to about RM100 to RM150, potentially resulting in savings of up to 90% if
your current bill is RM1,000. However, factors like roof size, roof angles, and government regulations can affect the results. We'll explain all of these
in detail during our site visit.

5. If I consider my new TNB bill and Emit Solar payments, how much can I expect to save?

Approximately 15% compared to your current TNB bill. It’s worth noting that if you use more electricity or the rates go up (which they will), you
could save even more.

6. How do you calculate my savings?

We calculate your savings by measuring the electricity generated by your system, including both your direct usage and any solar electricity exported
to the grid under the NEM scheme. We then determine how much you would have paid for that electricity using current TNB rates.

7. Do savings include charges like ICPT, KWTBB, and SST?

Our Savings Guarantee calculations exclude potential savings on ICPT, KWTBB and SST. You can save on these charges, but they depend on how
much solar electricity you use and how much you export. Using more solar electricity during peak sun hours increases these savings.

8. How do I know if I’ve achieved my annual guaranteed savings?

We'll provide an annual assessment report within a month of each calendar year's end.

9. Is there anything I need to do to ensure my guaranteed savings?

We need your help with:

• Granting us timely access to perform regular maintenance or necessary rectifications.
• Notifying us immediately if you notice any issues with the system.
• Making sure the system is not turned off or tampered with any way.

10. What factors could affect the Savings Guarantee?

The Savings Guarantee might be suspended, modified or voided under certain circumstances, including:
• Changes in government policies or regulations.
• Event beyond our control, such as natural disasters and interruptions to your power supply.
