 Designation: Creative Strategist
 Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
 Working Days: Monday to Friday
 Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 Years

OnProjects Agency is a 7-year-old boutique digital branding and marketing agency working with a diverse clientele,
ranging from SMEs to corporate brands across industries like automotive, fashion, entertainment, restaurants, and
FMCG.

As a Creative Strategist, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving creativity and strategy, focusing on ideation, copywriting,
and creating impactful content concept.

The role of a Creative Strategist is not limited to writing copy. When we say "content concept," we refer to the
complete framework of an idea, including both its creative and visual execution.

For example:
If you’re creating a static graphic ad, you will:
 Research and decide the size of the graphic based on the platform requirements.
 Determine what content to write and its placement on the artboard.
 Plan the visual layout, including the background, images, and key elements.
 Identify and suggest specific images to use and provide image references.
 Choose the text colors, font sizes, and styles that align with the brand guidelines.

If you’re involved in website projects, you will:


 Conceptualize the layout and structure of the website based on client objectives.
 Plan sections, write text content, and suggest banner ideas.
 Decide on typography, icons, and other visual elements to enhance the website’s look and feel.
 Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure the final website aligns with the concept.
Your job will be to provide a detailed vision to the design team, enabling them to execute it perfectly.

Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualizing & Copywriting:
 Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas that align with brand objectives.
 Write engaging and click-worthy headlines, ad copies, and social media captions.
 Plan and detail the complete execution strategy for ads, ensuring clarity for the design team.

Ad Content Strategy:
 Ideate ad content for Google Display Network and Facebook Ads.
 Research competitors and market trends to craft high-performing campaign ideas.
 Provide detailed creative direction, including visuals, text placement, and formatting.

Social Media Content Planning:


 Create strategic social media content plans that align with client objectives.
 Suggest innovative post ideas, themes, and campaigns to maintain audience interest.

Website Conceptualization:
 Plan the layout and structure of websites based on client goals.
 Write text content, suggest banner ideas, and decide on sections.
 Recommend typography, icons, and other visual elements to enhance user experience.

Branding & Visual Strategy:


 Devise creative concepts for hoardings, banners, logos, and other branding materials based on client briefs.
 Collaborate with the design team to ensure the final output aligns with the original concept.

Team Collaboration & Management:


 Manage and guide two graphic designers and social media executive to ensure timely execution of ideas.
 Focus solely on ideation and detailed strategy while delegating execution to the design team.
 Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
