SAP Managed Tags: HCM (Human Capital Management)

Hi

I am new to India payroll. We have to give step by step process to create Form 16
from SAP to the users.

Request you to guide me regrading steps to be followed to create form 16 and any
prerequisites required to do the same.

1.Maintain the Features 40ACK and 40ECC

2.Live Payroll Results for the whole financial year.

3.IT0185(0002) PAN No for the Employee

End User Activities

1.Challan Mapping(Monthly Activity):PC00_M40_CMAP

2.Form 24Q:PC00_M40_F24Q (Quarterly Activity)

Maintain the acknowledgement Number of Form24Q Challans in 40 ACK Feature

under the each Financial Year.

3.Form16:PC00_M40_F16

Print Annexure(Check)

Execute the Standard Form/Customer Layout(Check)

Execute or press the short cut key F8 .Select the Printer and goto Print/Print Preview

SAP has provided the standard format of FORM16. Changes can be made incase if it
