Dear Sir/MAdam,
I, Amandeep Kaur (Passport: # S9222774; DOB: 10 May 1985) resident of VPO Nawan Pind Near
Govt. Primary School Mehta Road Amritsar Punjab 143113, India hereby make an application for
short term visitor visa to United Kingdom along with my daughter Jaskirat Kaur (Passport #R8377873;
DOB: 18-11-2013) and son Harmanveer Singh(Passport # R8377871; DOB: 31-12-2015).
We have been invited and sponsored by Mr. Ranjit Singh who is resident of 259 Grove Lane
Handsworth, Birmingham, United Kingdom.
We also have been invited my aunt Mrs. Harpal Kaur Sandhu resident of 6 Taper Close Kingswinford
DY6 7LW United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. I will be visiting both of my relatives
and also attend marriage of Hargun Singh who is son of my uncle on in last week of November
We will visit UK for a period 3-4 weeks from 10 November 2022 to 10 December 2022 to both of my
relatives and during this visit, we will attend marriage of Hargun Singh on 27 November 2022 to be
followed by a reception party on 28 November 2022. Both of Our sponsors has offered us with
accommodation, boarding & lodging during our visit and has also promised to be responsible for any
expenses required by us during our stay in UK. Documentary evidences to establish ability and
willingness of our sponsor to support us during our visit have been attached along with our application
for your kind consideration.
I am employed as Junior Store Keeper at Kheti Research Centre, Dept. of Horticulture, Amritsar Distt.
Amrtisar which is an undertaking of Govt. of Punjab. I receives a monthly salary of RS. 65000/- approx
per month from my employment. My husband Harjit Singh is self employed havean income of Rs.
6,90,000/- per annum approx. Our children are students and dependent upon us.
Our family consist of my husband, our children and my in laws. We live jointly our parental house. My
mother Sawinder Kaur, is a home maker and widow. She lives with me and is dependent upon us.
We are leading a peaceful and settled life in our country. All documentary evidences to establish our
financial circumstances have been attached along with our application. Only purpose of our visit is a
family visit and to attend marriage of Hargun Singh. Though our sponsors Mr. Ranjit Singh and Mrs.
Harpal Kaur Sandhu have offered us to bear all and any expenses of our visit but I am well able to
maintain and bear all expenses of our visit for ourselves and our son without seeking any help from any
private or Govt. organization during our stay in UK.
I further declare that we have no threat from any govt. or private organization which my lead or force us
to violate any visa obligations. We have social and financial responsibilities in our country. My mother
Mrs. Dawinder Kaur is dependent upon us and suffering multiple ailments and we have morally and
socially responsible to take care of our parents. We have our employment commitments and have to
join back our services after the sanctioned leave. So, we assure you that we shall certainly be back to our
country of residence after the proposed visit. We assure you that we will follow all laws of land and will
abide by all visa obligation put upon is during our visit.
