DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reviewing the project specifications in accordance with client-recommended standards.
• Preparing WIR (Work Inspection Request) and MIR (Material Inspection Request) and
conducting inspections at the site.
• Inspecting all electrical-related materials with various sub-contractors, ensuring proper
documentation.
• Reviewing test reports for material compliance, including FAT, certificate of origin, letter of
conformity, bill of lading, and UL certificates.
• Maintaining quality control records to support activities in the area of responsibility.
• Preparing inspection reports and providing daily updates on site activities, ensuring approved
materials are used.
• Reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings, ensuring the latest revisions are implemented

compliance.
• Preparing Request for Information (RFI) for any system if required at the site.
• Closing any Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) issued by the consultant for unaccepted works.
• Supervising the testing and commissioning of switch gears, fire alarm systems, and bus
Chargers at the depot.
• Conducting inspections of earthing systems and ensuring their resistance meets the required
standards.
