- on Windows desktop press Start button and select Programs
- select Carestream Health (or Eastman Kodak Company)
- select DICOM Printer Driver/Add DICOM Printer Wizard
- note: printer must be turned on and connected to the network before installing it
- click Next, select No, I don’t have a configuration file
- set IP=accordingly, Port=104, AE Title=DRYSTAR
- if not done automatically, select Agfa Drystar 2000 Compatible from printers to install
- press Continue Anyway in case of stop for Windows Logo testing, click Finish
- It’s very important to set Printing Preferences at Windows level eg 8x10 Film will be kept,
- instead Preferences set at Application level are valid only for that print, and will not be kept.
- To set Printing Preferences at Windows level:
- on Windows desktop press Start button and select Settings/Printers and Faxes
- click on Agfa Drystar 2000 and go into Printer/Printing Preferences
- under Layout set: Orientation=Portrait, Page Order=Front to Back
- under Paper/Quality set: Paper Source=Automatically Select, Media=Blue Film

Requirements: QC sw v2.5 SP5 (POC 120/140/260)
Requirements: QC sw v3.0 SP10 (POC 120/140/260/360, Vita SE)
Requirements: QC sw v3.1 SP1a (Vita, Vita LE), QC sw 3.2 SP2 (Vita XE)
CR (QC sw v2.5 / v3.x) Setup:
- on Windows desktop press Start button and select Programs
- select Carestream Health (or Eastman Kodak Company)
- select DICOM Printer Driver/Add DICOM Printer Wizard
- note: printer must be turned on and connected to the network before installing it
- click Next, select No, I don’t have a configuration file
- set IP=accordingly, Port=104, AE Title=DRYPIX
- if not done automatically, select Fuji DryPix 4000 Compatible from printers to install
- (note: Fuji DryPix 5000, 7000, Prima, Plus, Smart have all same matrixes as Fuji DryPix 4000)
- press Continue Anyway in case of stop for Windows Logo testing, click Finish
- It’s very important to set Printing Preferences at Windows level eg 14x17 Film will be kept,
- instead Preferences set at Application level are valid only for that print, and will not be kept.
- To print on different sizes, it’s recommended to issue multiple destinations,
- eg P14x17 and P8x10 ie for each size add a destination.
- Destinations will have same IP and Port, but each one a different AE Title.
- Rename each destination and set correspondently the Printing Preferences at Windows level.
- To set Printing Preferences at Windows level:
- on Windows desktop press Start button and select Settings/Printers and Faxes
- click on Fuji DryPix 4000 and go into Printer/Printing Preferences
- under Layout set: Orientation=Portrait, Page Order=Front to Back
- under Paper/Quality set: Paper Source=Automatically Select, Media=Blue Film
- under Paper/Quality/Advanced set: Paper Size=14x17in, Copy=1, Print Quality=254 dpi
- under Paper/Quality/Advanced set: Advanced=Enabled,Polarity=Normal, Bin=Tray 1
- under DICOM Config. set: Priority=Medium, Magnification=Cubic, Border=Black
- under DICOM Config. set: Grayscale Pixel Space=Luminance, D.Min=20, D.Max=300
- under DICOM Config. set: Film Illumination=2000, Film Reflected Ambient Light=10
- under DICOM Config. set: Paper Illumination=150, Paper Reflected Ambient Light=0
- click Apply, click OK
- Important: to keep Printing Preferences you need to confirm as below
- click on the created Printer, click on right-mouse-button and select Properties
- under Device Setting tab, confirm Size selection as previously ie 14x17, click OK

Very Important: the calling AE title of the Modality need to be entered into Konica printer,
in order to be allowed by Konica to print on the Konica printer, therefore ask Konica tech.
