Certified that Mr. Aryadeep Varshney presented with some symptoms of
Typhoid, including persistent fever, and underwent a comprehensive medical
evaluation. The diagnosis was confirmed, and he received appropriate medical
intervention under my supervision.
I suggested him for a complete bed rest for a period of 4 Day, that is/was
absolutely necessary for restoration of his/her health, w.e.f 08-10-2024 to 11-
10-2024.
I recommend that, considering the nature of his illness and the prescribed
recovery period, He would be Medically Fit to resume from 12 October 2024.

* Confirmation by Blood culture and sensitivity if the patient is not on antibiotics.
