(B) In Test Taken column, to indicate if pupil was succcesfully took the test, press "1" If YES
and "0" if NO

(C) In Group Screening Test (GST) Result columns, use digit "1" (one) in an appropriate
column to indicate students score's inclusion (it either be in GST 0 - 7, GST 0 - 13 or GST14 - 20)

(D) For those students who reached the score 14 and above in a specific area (English and/or
Filipino), let Reading Performance left empty with notification "DISCONTINUE" in the reading
