Project Description:

Business needs to develop a new tool for managing all entitlement maintenance
products/contracts that will include the serial number and other related customer contact
information. Today, the Internetworking Management System (IMS) database is used as the
source of information for the installed base inventory and should be replaced by a new
converged tool and standard process that could support all ORS products. Currently, voice
equipment is not tracked by serial number today. Tomorrow all standard products sold by
AT&T will need serial number tracking as more manufacturers are requesting that information.

Responsibilities/ Deliverables:

• Created web server to send the data to external system and to get the data from
external system and Created number range object and configures in the product
tables.
 • Did the changes in FedEx, UPS and USPS function module.
• Worked on existing form changes like field mapping, logo uploading, bug fixes, and
layout changes.
• Interpreting and translating functional specifications into ABAP, which involve
creating High Level Design Documents for the developments requested and then
translate into ABAP programs.

Responsibilities/ Deliverables:

• Created an Inbound interface program to accept file as an Input and

create/change the sales orders in SAP system. (Inbound File Interface)

• Created an Outbound Interface program from SAP to EDW system to prepare the
tax related data from SAP and place it in application server path.

• Created complex reports in which Editable OOALVs are used.

• Worked on Implicit enhancements to update the custom fields to RESB tab.

• Performance grading and testing of programs and reports under ABAP/4 using

Reports:
