Table Tennis Tournament: A Narrative and
Pictorial Report
( January 3-4, 2025 )
This report summarizes the District Meet table tennis tournament held at Mac Mariano
Elementary School on January 3rd and 4th, 2025.
Day 1: January 3, 2025 The day began with a solidarity meeting between the coaches and the
tournament manager from all three participating schools ( Balatas ES, Mac Mariano ES and Del
Rosario ES) .This meeting served to finalize arrangements, clarify rules, and ensure a smooth
tournament execution. Following the meeting, the round-robin tournament commenced at 1:00 PM.
The use of only two tables resulted in a faster-paced tournament than initially anticipated. This
accelerated schedule, while efficient, may have impacted the overall player experience due to the
reduced time for rest and strategy adjustments between matches.
Day 2: January 4, 2025 The tournament resumed on January 4th, with matches continuing in the
morning. The afternoon concluded with the awarding ceremony, recognizing the outstanding
achievements of the participants.
