(PHIL-IRI) PRETEST RESULTS IN ENGLISH AND FILIPINO FOR
SCHOOL YEAR 2024-2025

1. In reference to DO 009 s, 2024 titled “Implementing Guidelines on the School


Calendar and Activities for the School Year 2024-2025” which stipulates that the
Group Screening Test (GST) shall be conducted within the first or second month of the
SY while the individualized PHIL-IRI assessment shall be completed within a month,
this Office enjoins the submission of the Pretest results of the PHIL-IRI for SY 2024-
2025 both in English and Filipino on November 8, 2024.

2. All school reading coordinators shall submit the consolidated report to their
respective sub-office/district reading coordinators while all public school district
supervisors in charge of reading shall validate the accuracy and authenticity of the Phil-
IRI report by affixing their signatures in the aforementioned report.

3. To facilitate submission of reports, link of spreadsheet arranged by sub-office


shall be provided in the PHIL-IRI SDO Rizal group chat (GC).

4. Enclosed is the PHIL-IRI template which shall be used for each grade level and
medium (English/Filipino) for clarity and uniformity in data gathering process.
