Summer Students Progress (Past Students)


Graduates' Employment Outcomes:
The training program has successfully supported past students in transitioning into
employment and freelancing roles, showcasing the effectiveness of the course. Examples
include:

 Abel Asefa: Employed as a Digital Marketer at SMILE Mobile Technologies.


 Baye Niguse, Daniel Fikadu, and Nathenael Amanuel: Established careers as
online freelancers.
 Bede Melake: Engaged as a Digital Marketer at SURA FASHION.
 Others, such as Mohammed Fuad and Hanan Musleh, were provided with job link
opportunities.
 Said Sime Dana is now a Social Media News Presenter.

Challenges Encountered:

 Technical limitations, including inconsistent internet connectivity and restricted


access to necessary equipment.
 Initial gaps in computer literacy and language skills among some students.
 Attendance inconsistencies due to external personal and logistical challenges.
 Adaptation to the training pace and content occasionally required additional
effort.

Current Students Progress


The Digital Marketing course has covered critical areas, including:

With a week remaining, the following subjects will be completed:

 Mobile Marketing: This will cover strategies such as mobile website optimization,
in-app advertising, SMS campaigns, and app store optimization.
 Analytics and Data-driven Marketing: Focused on utilizing tools like Google
Analytics to measure performance and refine marketing strategies.
 Emerging Trends in Digital Marketing: Discussions on AI, voice search
optimization, and other upcoming trends that shape the digital marketing
landscape.

Motivation and Business Mindset Development Training


After the class sessions conclude, students will participate in "Motivation and Business
Mindset Development Training" to prepare them for professional environments. This
training will include:

 Building resilience and maintaining motivation in dynamic work environments.


 Developing entrepreneurial thinking and problem-solving skills.
 Creating actionable personal career goals and strategies to achieve them.

Next Steps and Programs


Following the conclusion of the course, students will transition to an apprenticeship
program. Placements have been arranged with various companies, enabling participants
