Modification of Digital IOL PCB 6th Version

There is now a modified Digital IOL PCB available. This new


version can be used for all IOLMaster hardware generation.
The part number for the new Digital IOL PCB 6th Version is
# 000000-1078-792. It will be the only one available for future
orders as a spare part. For this reason IOLMaster instruments,
which still contains the Digital IOL PCB 1st Version with part
number # 000000-1031-843 (number is directly printed on
board), are very old (first produced IOLMaster) and have to
send to the next CRC for replacement. This enables a detailed
check-up and further accurate adjustments. The 1st Version
can no longer be ordered as a spare part.

Caution!
Digital IOL PCB‘s lower than version 6 can not
be used for IOLMaster instruments with serial
number higher than 1018742. If an older Digital
IOL PCB is used on instruments with serial
numbers higher than 1018742, proper
adjustment of the laser output power will not be
possible.

All adjustments to the now Digital IOL PCB are exactly the same as previous versions.

Caution!
Please be very careful with the laser diode. Always use the short
circuit connector (# 000000-1078-821) and turn the
potentiometers R28 and R30 anti-clockwise to the minimum
position, before installing the new Digital IOL PCB.
