HAFILAT PROJECT DETAILS

Engineering Consultancy Scope of Work:

• As-Built Drawings for Hafilat Industries:

o Architectural Drawings

o Structural Drawings (Shown)

o HVAC Drawings (Shown)

o Electrical and Telephone Drawings (Shown)

o Water & Sewage Drawings (Shown)

• In case rationing is necessary, the consultancy will manage the requirements.

• Any governmental charges, as well as violations, are not the responsibility of the
Engineering Consultancy.

• The consultancy will assist in the official legalization of the industry with ADM and
will supervise ongoing maintenance and construction works.

• Preparation of building permits for the new designs (to be determined).

Contractor Scope of Work:

• First Floor Main Hall:

o Rearrange the AC distribution and relocate the AC units from the office
rooms.

o Perform full maintenance for the AC units, including duct modifications and
VAV system.

o Implement fresh air and extract systems.

• Renovations and Modifications:

o Replace floor tiles in the First Floor Main Hall.

o Renovate the CEO's toilet.

o Renovate the reception area.

o Renovate the stairs.

o Design and execute interior design for office rooms, incorporating unique
elements for each department.

o Renovate the Finance Department.

• Special Requirements:

o Modify the Sheikh’s photos according to protocol.

o Replace office room partitions with fire-rated partitions.


o Paint internal beams and walls.

o Renew sunlight closing.

• Fire Safety & System:

o Provide training for the fire alarm system.

• Additional Construction & Renovation:

o Replace shutter doors.

o Renovate toilets and add an additional toilet.

o Build a store in the external area.

o Supply and install Basco for the outdoor area.

o Repair cracks.

o Install a main door with air curtains.

o Implement stormwater lines for the outdoor area.

o Apply epoxy paint with green and yellow lines.
