2ND ADMISSION LIST FOR FIRST YEAR STUDENTS (BOYS), 2024-2025

NOTICE Date: 01.10.2024

1 Following is the list of the selected students for the admission in the Ramjas College Hostel (Boys), Delhi.
Students are required to appear for interview/interaction with their parents and local guardian at 10:00 am
onwards in the hostel office on 04.10.2024, However, they should report the hostel office at 9:30 am for
completing necessary formalities.

2 All Hostel Admission related forms are available on the College Website and Candidates are required to take
their Printouts and submit their hards copies alongwith all relavant documents at the time of interview
interaction.

3 The candidates are required to submit the following at the time of interview/interaction for
Admission on 04.10.2024 :
(i) Completely filled Hostel Admission Forms, I-D Card Form, Undertaking Forms, Authorisation Form for Local
Guardian Form, declaration by the Parents and guardian, and declarations by Students (two forms).
(ii) Recent passport size photograph of candidates ( 5 in numbers)
(iii) Photograph of parents & Local guardian ( one for each)
Self Attested copy of following documents:
(iv) College Admission Fee Receipt
(v) Senior Secondary or equivalent examination marksheet.
vi) Xth Class date of birth certificate
(vii) Provisional & character certificates
(viii) Certificate of SC/ST/OBC/CW/PWD/ etc. category students wherever applicable.
(ix) Copy of Seat Allocation Application Details (CSAS Score) and CUET Score Card.
(x) Copy of Address Proof. Aadhar Card/Domicile Certificate.

4 Any discrepancy in the list may be brought to the notice of the Warden/Hostel Office in writing
or send e-mail at [email protected] latest by 03.10.2024 upto 5.00 pm.

5. a Hostel Admission fee of Rs. 48,840.00, to be paid online on the following link:

6 All admissions in Hostel are provisional subject to verification of documents etc. as well as outcome of the
assessemnt report of structural stability of Hostel. Students may face inconveniences due to ongoing
construction & Maintenance work.

7 Admission fee must be deposited within the following dates 04.10.2024, 05.10.2024 and 07.10.2024.

8 Students in Waiting List are required to contact Hostel Office or send e-mail at [email protected] on
08.10.2024 upto 05:00 pm to check their status. No further request will be considered after that in this
regard. If seats remains vacant the same will be allotted on merit basis. Fees must be deposited during
09.10.2024, 10.10.2024 and 11.10.2024.

9 No request will be considered regarding late submission of fees and documents.

2ND ADMISSION LIST FOR 3RD YEAR STUDENTS (GIRLS), 2024-2025

NOTICE
1 Following is the list of the selected students for the admission in the Ramjas College Hostel (Girls), Delhi.
Students are required to appear for interview/interaction with their parents and local guardian at 10:00 am
onwards in the hostel office on 04.10.2024, However, they should report the hostel office at 9:30 am
for completing necessary formalities.

2 All Hostel Admission related forms are available on the College Website and Candidates are required to take
their Printouts and submit their hards copies alongwith all relavant documents at the time of interview
interaction.

3 The candidates are required to submit the following at the time of interview/interaction for
Admission on 04.10.2024 :
(i) Completely filled Hostel Admission Forms, I-D Card Form, Undertaking Forms, Authorisation Form for
Local Guardian Form, declaration by the Parents and guardian, and declarations by Students (two forms).
(ii) Recent passport size photograph ( 5 in numbers)
(iii) Photograph of parents & Local guardian ( one for each)
Self Attested copy of (1 in number):
(iv) College Admission Fee Receipt
(v) 1st year and 2nd year marksheet.
(vi) Certificate of SC/ST/OBC/CW/PWD/ etc. category students wherever applicable.
(vii) Copy of Seat Allocation Application Details (CSAS Score) and CUET Score Card.
(viii) Copy of Address Proof. Aadhar Card/Domicile Certificate.

4 Any discrepancy in the list may be brought to the notice of the Warden/Hostel Office in writing
or send e-mail at [email protected] latest by 03.10.2024 upto 5.00 pm.

5 Hostel Admission fees to be paid online on the following link:

5.a For fresh admission Rs. 51,640.00.

6 All admissions in Hostel are provisional subject to verification of documents etc. as well as outcome of the
assessemnt report of structural stability of Hostel. Students may face inconveniences due to ongoing
construction & Maintenance work.

7 Admission fee must be deposited within the following dates 24.09.2024, 25.09.2024 and 26.09.2024.

8 Students in Waiting List are required to contact Hostel Office or send e-mail at [email protected] on
08.10.2024 upto 05:00 pm to check their status. No further request will be considered after that in this
regard. If seats remains vacant the same will be allotted on merit basis. Fees must be deposited during
09.10.2024, 10.10.2024 and 11.10.2024.

9 No request will be considered regarding late submission of fees and documents.

10 Incomplete forms will not be entertained for the Hostel Admission.
