How to Manage Your Time Wisely
Managing time wisely is an important skill for everyone. It helps you finish your tasks on
time and enjoy your free time. Here are some tips to arrange your time effectively.
First, make a list of the things you need to do. Write them down in order of importance.
For example, if you have homework, do it before playing games or watching TV. This
way, you can focus on the most important tasks first.
Second, set a schedule. Decide when to do each task. Use a calendar or a planner to keep
track of your activities. For instance, you can study for an hour after school, take a short
break, and then finish your homework. Having a plan will make your day more organized.

Mã đề 101 Page 4/
Third, avoid wasting time. Turn off your phone or put it away while working. Social
media and games can distract you from your tasks. By staying focused, you can finish
your work faster and have more free time.
Finally, don’t forget to take breaks. Resting helps you stay fresh and avoid feeling too
tired. For example, after studying for 30 minutes, take a 5-minute break to relax. This will
help you work better and enjoy your tasks.
In conclusion, managing your time wisely allows you to balance work and fun. By making
a to-do list, setting a schedule, avoiding distractions, and taking breaks, you can achieve

There have been changes in family structure and values in Viet Nam because of
industrialisation and modernisation. The Vietnamese family now exists in two major
forms: nuclear families (two generations) and extended families (from three generations
upwards). The nuclear family is the most common. The nuclear family now does not stand
on its own, but it always receives support and assistance from wider families (parents,
brothers and wider kin). Major basic family relationship has changed positively. Modern
values have been selected carefully while traditional values are preserved and developed.
Children obey and respect their parents while maintaining their independent ideas and
views. Parents respect their children's independence out of their love and indulgence. The
relationship between grandparents and parents is also noticeable. Parents and grandparents
tend to live together with their children and grandchildren. This traditional cultural feature
distinguishes itself from that of modern western society. Statistics show that the elderly
play an important role in the family. At present, parents or grandparents living together
with children or grandchildren has several advantages.Social-educational role plays an
important role in the Vietnamese family because it contributes to forming individual's
personality. This issue receives particular attention from all family members. Many
families invest time and money in caring for and educating their children while some
parents regrettably cannot afford time to care for and educate their children.
