GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
 Final registration for all the events should be done at registration counters by 8.30
am. Participant entry will be closed by 9.30 am.
 Students are requested to carry their college ID ca rd & Bonafide Certificate.
 The number of participants per college should not exceed 30. (Only the participants
will be allowed inside the college premises)
 Utmost discipline is expected from the participants. Whistling & howling is strictly
prohibited.
 Lunch coupons can be collected at the registration counters.
 The prizes & certificates will be awarded at the valedictory function.
 Participants are not allowed to use any kind of electronic devices.
 Students can participate in more than one event, but not in the events which are
conducted at the same time.
 Judges decision is final and bonding in all cases.
 Participants must submit their pen drive at the registration counter for the relevant
events. .
 Event rules, timings, venues may be subject to change with prior notice.
 Abusive language & vulgarity in any form are strictly prohibited.
 Necessary materials for the events should be brought by the participants.
 Registration fee Rs.100 will be collected per Event. (only cash)

 5 Members per team.
 Theme of mime is “SOCIAL COMMENTARY” and “UNEXPECTED
FRIENDSHIP”
 Time duration is 4-5 minutes for each team.
 The act should not contain any dialogues, lip sync.
 Points will be given on the basis of innovation, depiction of the situation,
team work and expression.

 Maximum 5 members are allowed in per team.
 A+ certificate ads are strictly not allowed.

 PRELIMS would be conducted

 Each team will be given a span of time of 30 sec to answer the
questions.
 If the allotted team is unable to answer the question, then the
 Question shall be passed on to the subsequent team.

 TOPIC: “HALLOWEEN”.
 Participants should bring their own colors, brushes etc.,
 Time limit is 45 minutes.
 Topic will be given on the spot.
 Participants will be judged on the basis of creativity, innovation and design.
 Decision of the judges will be final and binding.

PASTE UP (COLLAGE MAKING)


 Two participants per team.
 Participants should bring their own materials.
 Time limit = 1 hour.
 Theme “COSTAL SCENE”.
 Markers, Colors, Pencil, Pen, Pictures/ cut-outs from magazines/ newspapers
are allowed to use. No printouts should be used.
 Judging will be based on creativity, Presentation and content.

 Cook materials and ingredients should bring their own.

 Mehandi design should be portrayed on hand till the elbow, covering

 Judgment on the basis of creativity, design and neatness.
