In Education Systems during IPL when we are bringing up the systems ex: XE09 If it
got struck and got message like: reply 200 WTOR give 200 and then
And then will get a message like: IEE283A REPLY 20 IGNORED; ONLY REPLY 00
ACCEPTED. SPECIFY REPLY 00.
Issue: r 00,200
After giving above r 00,200 system will come up. same as follows for XE48 and XE53.

If we get any password reset:

check the suspension if Attribute is PSUSPENDED its fine and follow the normal
procedure to remove suspension.
But,If we get ASUSPENDED in Attribute use command as TS REM(PMFKEY/OKTAID)
ASUSPENDED. so that suspension will be removed and confirm with user if he doesn't
login provide him a temp password.

And, always question when a user is in ASUSPEND status that usually means, user has
been termed so you have to makesure user is valid from thr mgr.
(we need to cross check the user if valid we can proceed further or else inform to
the user manager)

After completing the IPL process monitor the MF jobs if MF jobs are in submitted
status in scheduler release it using command ' a ' if its in held status and clear
the contentions so that the jobs will run fine.

If DRP1 is Down: Give Log in DRP1 sysview and then issue /v 900,console in sysview
then system will come up.

If 62VC looks down(lost console mode) after issuing id & Password give opcon as
Acf2 logon id
Enter your CA-ACF2 logonid-opcon
