Consent to TD Handling of Your Personal Information and Privacy Policy


You consent to Our Privacy Policy. You agree that TD (which includes The Toronto Dominion Bank and affiliated companies) may

Application of Privacy Policy to Related Parties
If:
a) there are changes to the signing authorities on any of the accounts of the undersigned customer; or
b) at the time of opening an account, the undersigned customer, if a corporation, has any individual who owns or controls, directly
or indirectly, 25 per cent or more of the shares of the corporation, or has any director, where such individual or director is not, at
such time, either a signing authority of the corporation or a personal banking customer of TD; or
c) at the time of opening an account, such undersigned customer, if other than a corporation, has any individual who owns or
controls, directly or indirectly, 25 per cent or more of such undersigned customer, where such individual is not, at such time, either a
signing authority of the undersigned customer or a personal banking customer of TD; then such undersigned customer, agrees to
make such signing authorities and any such individual or director aware of the Privacy Policy advise them that they are subject to
such policy and inform them that a copy of such policy is available at any TD Canada Trust branch or online at td.com.
The above sections b) and c) shall not apply where the undersigned customer is a public body, or a corporation that has minimum net assets
of $75 million on its last audited balance sheet and whose shares are traded on a Canadian stock exchange or a stock exchange that is
prescribed by section 3201 of the Income Tax Regulations, as may be amended from time to time, and operates in a country that is a
member of the Financial Action Task Force.
Credit Consent
You consent to credit checks: You consent to us doing credit checks on you. We can do credit checks when you apply and on an ongoing
basis. This helps us to:
· Assess your eligibility and creditworthiness · Identify products and services that may be of interest to you
· Establish credit and hold limits · Manage and assess our risks

When we do a credit check, we will give your information to credit bureaus and other lenders. They will give reports and information to us
about you. You may not withdraw your consent to this ongoing exchange of information once you have applied for any credit product with
us.
You may ask a credit bureau to let you see your credit report. You can also ask them to correct any errors in it. Contact the credit bureaus
at consumer.equifax.ca or transunion.ca.

that:
(i) the information you have provided in, and in relation to, this Credit Application is true and correct.
(ii) all information that you have provided to The Toronto-Dominion Bank (the "Bank") respecting, where applicable, (1) the names of
directors and the names and addresses of beneficial owners of this Business, (2) the names and addresses of trustees and known
beneficiaries and/or settlors, and (3) the ownership, control and structure of this Business, is accurate and complete. You agree to notify us
of any changes to this information as and when changes occur.
If one or more of the products requested in this application requires an appraisal and if the "Bank" arranges for such an appraisal in relation
to this application, the applicant acknowledges that it will pay the Bank the current standard fee for such appraisal.
