INDEPENDENCE DAY

2024-25
Maanvir: “Freedom is never dear at any price. It is the breath of life.
What would a man not pay for living?” rightly said by Mahatma
Gandhi.I Maanvir Bamboli your host for today welcomes you all to our
Independence Day celebration, a day to honor and reflect on the
values of freedom, unity, and patriotism. Today, as we celebrate our
78th Independence Day let us reflect on the significance of this historic
day through inspiring performances, heartfelt speeches, and joyous
festivities with renewed commitment ,building a prosperous and
inclusive future for all.

Manasvi: As we gather here today, it is our honor and privilege to


commence this auspicious occasion with the traditional lighting of the
lamp. The lighting of the lamp is a symbol of knowledge, wisdom, and
prosperity. It dispels darkness and ignorance, guiding us towards
enlightenment and truth. By illuminating this lamp, we invoke the
blessings of the divine and seek the illumination of our minds and
hearts. Let this light serve as a beacon of hope and a reminder of our
commitment to the pursuit of excellence and the betterment of
humanity.

Maanvir: For the same, we invite our principal Ms. Mona Vaidya, our
chief guest _________ and the coordinators to come forward and light
the lamp, marking the beginning of this joyous event. May the light of
this lamp inspire us all and lead us towards a brighter and more
prosperous future.

Maanvir: It was indeed an exhilarating spectacle of discipline and unity.


Let's give a huge round of applause for our Student Council who made this
morning so energetic and lively.

Manasvi: A very good morning to one and all present here. I, Manasvi
Sawant, will be your host for today. As we gather to celebrate our
nation's independence with a powerful blend of prayer dance and
song. These expressions of faith and unity honor our shared history
and values, reflecting our gratitude for freedom and our commitment
to a brighter future. Let us embrace this moment of reverence and joy
together.

Maanvir: It was a soothing way to start our morning, wasn't it Manasvi?

Manasvi: It was truly a devotional and positive start to our day!

Maanvir: Thank you all the brilliant singers and dancers! Your ability to
convey your message with such enthusiasm and precision was exceptional.
You held the audience’s attention from start to finish. Now, it’s time to reflect
on our freedoms and the values that unite us. We are honored to have with
us our principal, Ms. Mona Vaidya, who embodies these values every day.
Ms. Mona Vaidya has been a guiding force in our school, fostering a sense of
community and encouraging us to uphold the principles of liberty and
responsibility. I urge our dear principal ma’am Ms. Mona Vaidya to share her
reflections on this special occasion.

Manasvi: A heartfelt thanks to you, ma'am for enlightening us with your


inspiring words . Let us lead further the event with a patriotic song that
celebrates the essence of our nation's spirit. This song pays tribute to our
heroes, our freedom, and the unity that binds us together. As we listen, let
us reflect on the sacrifices made for our independence and the pride we feel
for our homeland. Please join me in welcoming our talented performers to
the stage.

Manasvi: It truly was a melodious performance, Maanvir!

Maanvir: A special thank you to the performers for that touching patriotic
song. We have come a long way since our freedom fighters fought Tirelessly
for our nation’s liberation. To remind us of their sacrifices, we have a
patriotic dance that showcases the journey of our independence. Let's
welcome our talented students with a round of applause!

Maanvir: Their energy was contagious!

A very pleasant morning to one and all present here and a warm welcome to the
felicitation ceremony of the students of grade I to XII for their academic excellence for
the academic year 2022-23.These awards are a testament to their hard work,
dedication, and perseverance.

It is indeed an exceptional day to be applauding and celebrating the achievements of


our students from grade 1 to 12 with the 77th Independence day. On this auspicious
day we honor the memory of the great warriors and freedom fighters who sacrificed
their lives to make India an independent nation. Avijeet Das once said, there can be no
real achievement without any struggle. I really strive by this quote, which is applicable to
both India’s independence and this batch of students which has graduated, defying all
odds and passing out with flying colors. We truly applaud the commitment of all the
students of this batch and not to forget, the parents and teachers who supported the
children in these trying times.

Manasvi: I am pleased to introduce the toppers and offer them my heartfelt


congratulations for their remarkable accomplishments. Their unwavering
dedication and hard work have truly paid off. This is a proud moment for all
of us, and they absolutely deserve to be recognized for their outstanding
performance. Let's give them a resounding round of applause!
