Complete each domain’s Standards Proficiency Table by doing the following:
 Refer to the Teacher Education Program Standards and select 1 teacher proficiency from each
standard of the domain to address during your student teaching experience as part of your
Professional Growth Plan I. Note: Consider choosing teacher proficiencies that you feel are an area
of opportunity for you to advance your teaching skills and improve student learning.
 Provide the following information for each teacher proficiency you select from each standard:
o In the Teacher Proficiency column, identify the specific teacher proficiency from the
standard that you plan to address.
o In the Actions column, list the actions you will take to work on the teacher proficiency during
the student teaching experience.
o In the Evaluation column, describe how you will evaluate your progress toward, or
achievement of, the teacher proficiency.
