Job Description: Project Manager with Zoho Expertise
Responsibilities:
● Oversee end-to-end program planning and execution across multi-disciplinary teams.
● Support strategic cross-functional planning by collaborating closely with leads to
develop and manage comprehensive program plans.
● Partner with delivery teams to define project milestones, track progress, manage
dependencies, plan resources, mitigate risks, and ensure effective communication.
● Proactively identify and resolve impediments to maintain momentum and progress,
address communication gaps, and provide support to teams balancing competing
priorities.
● Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical
specifications, driving seamless execution of software development from design to
deployment and adoption.
● Collaborate to define technical architectures for services and support the
implementation and integration of technical solutions.
● Create and document project plans for cross-team initiatives, ensuring timely and
successful delivery of results.
● Contribute to the development, tracking, and analysis of product and team metrics,
driving operational improvements.
● Establish and maintain a repository of templates and best practices to promote
consistent, high-quality project management.
● Communicate project risks, progress, launches, and retrospectives clearly and
transparently to all stakeholders and teams.
Requirements:
● A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, working directly
with software engineering teams.
● At least 7 years of experience leading software development projects with strict
schedules and deadlines.
● Hands-on experience with iterative or Agile methodologies.
● Proven success in delivering complex programs and initiatives across diverse
cross-functional teams.
● Proficiency in project planning, road mapping, and issue tracking tools.
● A BE/BTech/MCA degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline is
required.

● Strong track record of driving strategic initiatives, managing technical teams, and
delivering measurable outcomes.
● Effective communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and
non-technical stakeholders.
