GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS: -
Dear Parents
Kindly note the below instructions for the smooth conduction of the FINAL Examination.
 School Timing 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM for Class V to XII.
 Students to reach their respective examination room maximum by 7: 40 am.
 Reading time 7:45 am to 8: 00 am.
 Commencement of examination will be from 8:00 am.
 Duration of the examination will be of 3 hours. (8:00 am to 11:00 am)
 No child will be given extra time for late entry on the examination day.
 It is mandatory for the students to wear school uniform & ID card.
 Child’s health is a priority over examination/ learning.
 Medical certificate, photocopy of prescription and application to be submitted to the class teacher by
parent, if child miss the exam due to ill health. Decision regarding marks will be as per policy after
verifying the authenticity of documents submitted.
 It’s compulsory to bring hall ticket during examination.
 Parents are requested to clear all the dues before 10/02/2025 to avoid any kind of inconvenience during
final examination.
 Students will not be entertained for missing their examination due to social/ family/religious functions.
 Students opted for canteen facilities will be given brunch after examination.
 Brunch time will be 11: 00 am to 11: 20 am.
 Practical and third language examination will be held during regular school hours between 21/02/2025 to
27/02/2025. The schedule will be updated to you at the earliest.
 Dispersal time sharp 11: 30 am.
 Summer Camp 2024-25 is from 12th March 2025 to 23rd March 2025. DETAILS WILL BE SCHEDULE SOON
 RESULT DAY will be on 25th March 2025 ( for grade 5th ) & 26th March 2025 ( for grade 6th to 8th )
 RESULT DAY along with books and uniform distribution schedule is given below :-

NOTE:
1. Parents are requested to adhere to the time slot provided.
2. Students have to wear school regular uniform compulsory while coming for PTM with parents.
3. Summer Camp 2024-25 is from 12th March 2025 to 23rd March 2025. DETAILS WILL BE SHARED SOON.
4. Parents who wish to apply for an L.C. /T.C. are requested to submit their application in advance by 10TH
March 2025. Applications submitted after 30th March 2025 will have to pay for 1ST quarter fees of year
2025-26.
5. New the session 2025-26 for (CLASS – VI to VIII) will starts from 5th APRIL 2025.
