PATTERN NOTES:
• I recommend swatching for the lace pattern and if you notice that it is looser than the stockinette stitch, please use smaller
needles for working the lace section of your sweater.
• The sweater is worked in one piece top down. You start with neck band/ribbing, then work neck shaping with short rows and
then continue working in the round. After the round yoke, you work another set of short rows for better shaping and then
separate the sleeves and the body and continue working them separately. For reverse stockinette, you knit on the wrong side.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Section 1: CO and Neck Shaping
With smaller needles, using long tail method, CO 133 (133, 137, 137, 141, 145, 149,
153, 153) (153, 157, 161, 161, 165, 169, 173, 177) sts. Join in the round being
careful not to twist. In order to have a jogless connection, before working the 1st RND,
place the last st from your right needle onto the left needle, slip the (now) second st
on your left needle over the first st and let it off the needle, like shown on photo-tutorial
to the left (1 st decreased, 132 (132, 136, 136, 140, 144, 148, 152, 152) (152, 156,
160, 160, 164, 168, 172, 176) sts).

Rows, or any other method you prefer):

SR 2 (WS): yo, k to MM, SLMM, k26 (28, 30, 32, 33, 35, 37, 39, 40) (42, 44, 46, 47, 49, 51, 52, 54), turn.

Section 2: Lace Section (for written instructions please refer to Pages 9/10)
Work LACE CHART (RNDs 1 to 59). The CM will help you to follow the chart. Work chart from right to left. You will work 15 (16, 17, 18,19,
20, 21, 22, 23) (24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31) repeats of the chart per round. In the last RND, remove all CM.

With larger needles, FACING WS, from center of underarm, pick up
