Sub: Release of funds under the oblect head 364-Wages
(outsourcing) in
pursuance to Hon'ble Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu Bench CP
No. 41/2024 OA No. 578/2022 in the case of Shaheena Akhter clubbed with
connected matters.

ORDER
Consequent upon the funds released by the Finance Department on
account of un-paid wages of casual labours , sanction is hereby accorded to the
release of funds to the tune of Rs. 32,11,492/- (Rupees Thirty Two Lakh
Eleven Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Two only) under the object head
0364-Wages (Outsourcing) through BEAMS in favour of Drawing &Disbursing
Officers shown in the Annexure A' for meeting the pending liabilities of casual
labours:
The release of funds are subject to the following conditions:
1. The DDO shall verify the attendance of casual labours before drawing the
wages for the liability period and will also ensure that at present they are
linked with Bio-metric attendance system.
2. The DDO shall also ensure that the wages shall credit into the account of
individuals to avoid any cash transaction.
3. Deviation other than labilities, if any, found, the concerned DDO will
be personally responsible.
4. The compliance report with regard to disbursement shall be submitted to
this office immediately for its onward submission to the Hon'ble Court and
as well as to the Administrative Department.
The expenditure on this account shall be debitable to:
