As the assigned utility worker/watchman of Balingcanaway Centro Elementary School. I have
served, performed and accomplished the following duties, functions and responsibilities for the Period of
August 1-15 ,2024.
1. Safeguarded the school facilities and equipment.
2. Recorded the plate numbers of the vehicles that entered the school premises.
3. Kept the school premises tidy and hygienic place to dwell.
4. Planted and watered the ornamental plants in plant boxes.
5. Swept the hallway and pathway daily.
6. Maintained the cleanliness of the surrounding.
7. ned the broken branches and leaves of trees.
8. Assisted and provided assistance to school officials and employees
9. Did related work
